Chapter 762 - Occupying Yemen
They were wearing unique clothing from Central Asia. They had their heads lowered and were looking at the ground with fanaticism.
Hearing the Clown Sea Serpent’s words, the leader of the group raised his head and said with burning eyes, “My lord, you are indeed incompatible with this world. After all, you are a messenger sent by God to save us!”
The Clown Sea Serpent laughed out loud before nodding. “Yes, you’re right. I was sent by God to save you.”
With that, he smiled and sat back down at the table. Then, he looked at the leader and asked, “How’s our progress right now?”
The leader said, “My lord, more than 30% of Yemen’s cabinet is ours. More than half of the army’s upper echelons are our direct descendants.
“With your help, my lord, the rebels have been forced to retreat and are hiding in Raymah Governorate. So, peace has been restored in most areas.
“Also, with your help, my lord, we’ve started giving out supplies to help the people under the disguise of an organization, which are all heading towards a positive direction.
“We estimate that in less than half a month, the rebels will be completely eliminated, and Yemen will have complete peace.”
When the Clown Sea Serpent heard this, he nodded his head. ‘It seems that everything is proceeding as I have imagined. The chaos in Central Asia is gradually calming down, and I’m gradually becoming the most powerful person in Central Asia. Also, I will become Su Yang’s most important right-hand man...’
That’s right.
After knowing that Su Yang wanted to complete his Gold Mission by influencing people to have a positive change and to obtain coins in the meantime, the Clown Sea Serpent started to plan how he would be able to help Su Yang the most.
In fact, He had thought of many plans, including some movies, some songs, and some inventions that could influence the world. However, after many many simulations in his mind, the Clown Sea Serpent had no choice but to give up on these plans.
The reason was none other than because... He just could not do it.
Whether alive or dead, the Clown Sea Serpent was not a man with artistic cells and deep knowledge within him. Hence, he did not know how to create, but destroy, which was his forte....
If it were anyone else, they might have given up after realizing this fact.
But, who was the Clown Sea Serpent?
He was the most intelligent person.
Thus, after analyzing his biggest advantage, his eyes lit up. ‘Who says that people can’t be influenced to have a positive change through destruction?
‘As long as the target being destroyed is the enemy, wouldn’t it work?
‘Wouldn’t our own people undergo a positive change if their enemies were “destroyed”?
‘To put it more bluntly, if violence can end wars, wouldn’t the people within the war zone be better off?’
With this thought in mind, the Clown Sea Serpent began to search around the world for places where his skills could be useful.
Thus, he chose Central Asia in the end.
This was because the place was the most chaotic place in the world.
Fortunately, in the mission that Su Yang had given him, it just so happened that the underling that he had subdued during the process, who was the leader of King Latin, actually had his own forces in Central Asia.
Hence, after learning about the 23 countries in Central Asia, including the conflicts and wars due to petroleum, the Clown Sea Serpent’s eyes grew brighter.
He felt like he had discovered a treasure ground. A place where he could gain a large amount of “influence” and “coins” within a short period of time. The most amazing thing was that this place had something that could greatly affect the world’s economy... Petroleum!
This was the key factor of the entire world. Thus, as long as he could control this factor, he would be able to gain pivotal control over this powerful see-saw!
This was especially so since the place was always in the middle of a chaotic war, and the people did not have a good life. Hence, once peace was brought there, the amount of coins and people influenced would definitely increase rapidly!
With this in mind, the Clown Sea Serpent began to carry out a detailed plan.
The first step of this plan was to quell the Yemen rebellion and secretly control all of Yemen., which had progressed very smoothly.
Although the Clown Sea Serpent had gone to the wrong place in the beginning and went to the area controlled by the Yemeni rebels, it was precisely because of this that he was able to make a name for himself in the Yemeni armies in the Middle East.
This also allowed him to get in touch with some of the “management level” in Yemen.
After coming into contact with these “managers”, the Clown Sea Serpent made use of his innate understanding of “human nature”. Coupled with Su Yang’s miraculous tools and the unique religious beliefs in Central Asia, he easily obtained a group of believers.
Then, what happened after that was simple.
To outsiders, those who stood in his way would die, those who did not obey him would die. However, the people under him easily rose to the top.
As for his internal forces, those whose hearts were unstable would be continuously hypnotized and guided. Those who were disloyal would all be gathered, each of them then killed one-by-one to consolidate their faith.
Thus, the Clown Sea Serpent had completely played with the human heart spectacularly.
In this war-torn country, chaotic and evil existences like the Clown Sea Serpent were like fish in water...
Therefore, in just over a month, the Yemen rebels were gradually fought back. The Clown Sea Serpent had also registered a deep state called the Central Asia Group. Then, using this group’s name, they began to provide disaster relief, distribute resources, and win over the population’s hearts.
The reason why he used this company was because the Central Asia region was too sensitive, so it was not suitable for Su Yang to show up there for the time being. Furthermore, because he was considered to be one of Su Yang’s subordinates, the system automatically deemed whatever he did to be Su Yang’s actions and that it was effective.
As for the Clown Sea Serpent himself, because he had established his foothold in Central Asia through King Latin, the various forces in Central Asia only regarded him as a pawn from America and did not pay much attention to him.
Therefore, right before the eyes of all the powerful nations, Central Asia had received a nail right to the head. This nail could increase Su Yang’s coins at a rapid rate and would have a huge impact on the world in the future...
On the other hand, Su Yang went to wash up and had breakfast after his discussion with Little Deeny.
Since he could make whatever he wanted to eat, he did not have much expectation for the delicacies in the world. Hence, he only asked the Little Monster Beans to make two fried dough sticks and a bowl of soy milk before he started eating happily.
While he was eating, Su Yang heard the sound of his phone ringing.
After that, Su Yang asked casually, “Little Deeny, who’s calling?”
After a full second, Little Deeny’s nervous voice was heard. “M... Master, it’s Auntie.”
‘Auntie?’
Su Yang was stunned for a moment before realizing... ‘The only person who could make Little Deeny so nervous and even address her as Auntie is probably my Mom!’
At that thought, Su Yang quickly swallowed the fried dough stick in his mouth and answered the call.
When the call connected, Su Yang’s mother’s unique voice sounded from the other end. “Hello, son.”
Hearing his mother’s voice, Su Yang could not help but smile. “Hello, Mom. What’s wrong?”
Su Yang’s mother’s voice was a little strange as she said, “Nothing much. Can’t a mother call her son even when there’s nothing wrong?”
Su Yang smiled awkwardly. “Sure, of course you can.”
Then, Su Yang’s mother slowly said, “Ever since you went to Shanghai, you haven’t been home. Your dad and I miss you. Xiao Hua from your Second Aunt’s house next door misses you as well. If you’re free, you should come back and visit us sometime.”
Su Yang quickly said, “Then, you should be careful and not let it enter our house. It’s always stealing the dried meat from our house.”
Xiao Hua was a little mutt from his Second Aunt’s house next door...
Su Yang’s mother smiled. “It won’t be able to enter since your dad and I have built two big tiled houses with the money that you sent us previously. It’s so beautiful that even the barricade is much higher. So, unless we lift the barricade, it won’t be able to jump over.”
Su Yang was speechless.
‘Woah, how high could that barricade be?’
Su Yang’s mother continued, “By the way, other than spending some of the money that you’ve given us every month, we’ve saved it for you as well. We’re planning to save it for your future wife.
“We’ve already saved a lot, but then we saw the news a few days ago... You’re already on the news now?”
Su Yang was shocked.
‘I’ve forgotten about this.
‘Even though my village is relatively poor and outdated, plus my parents don’t surf the internet or use their phones, they can still watch the news on television. After all, this is the only source of entertainment in the village.
‘So, if I went on the news, they would definitely see me.’
Just as Su Yang was about to explain, his mother sighed and said, “After that, your father and I checked and found out that your company is growing bigger and bigger. We even heard that you’re on the Forbes Rich List?”
Su Yang corrected her. “Mom, that’s called the World’s Billionaire List.”
Su Yang’s mother replied, “Oh, that’s right, it’s the World’s Billionaire List.
“You must be very rich then?”
Su Yang nodded. “Yes, I’m quite rich. But, I didn’t tell you or Dad because I’m busy and I didn’t want to give you two too much pressure.”
Su Yang’s mother said earnestly, “I understand... You don’t want us to feel pressured because you’re afraid that we’ll worry, and you’re afraid that your relatives will overthink about it
“Based on how you’ve been transferring more and more money to us every month, plus you even asked us if we wanted to go to Shanghai or somewhere overseas for a holiday last month, we knew you weren’t trying to hide it from us.”
Su Yang’s mother then sighed and said, “Your Dad and I couldn’t even imagine how much a billion yuan is. Neither could we imagine how much a million or a few hundred yuan is.
“Just thinking about it is so scary that my head is spinning.
“However, I’m calling you not to ask how much money you have, but to tell you that as long as you have enough money, it’s fine. The most important thing is that you’re healthy.
“You mustn’t keep on working overtime just to earn more money, it’s too tiring.
“You mustn’t sleep too late, around 10pm would be the best.
“I heard people say that the time for the kidney to remove its toxins is between 11pm to 12pm. So, staying up late is not good for the body.
“Also, you have to have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner on time.
“Don’t skip dinner even if you’re busy.”
Su Yang felt a lump in his throat when he heard his mother’s words and his eyes turned misty.
‘Other people would only care about my money, only my parents would care about whether I’m eating and sleeping well.’
“Mum... I... I...” as he said that, Su Yang choked up a little.
Su Yang’s mother sighed. “Have you had breakfast today?”
Su Yang wiped his nose and said, “I’m eating right now.”
Su Yang’s mother said, “It’s already 10am, can it still be considered as breakfast? You should wake up earlier in the future and eat at 6am or 7am. That’d be better for your health.
“At most, you could go back to sleep after you’ve eaten.”
Su Yang was speechless when he heard this.
“Mom, this is what you taught me when I was in high school and I ended up gaining 10 pounds over the summer break.”
However, Su Yang’s mother did not seem to mind at all. “You focus on eating your food and just listen to what I say.”
Su Yang was speechless.
“Okay, Mom...”
After that, Su Yang’s breakfast passed while his mother nagged at him, only replying with “Oh” and “Ok” all the way.
Sometimes, a parent’s phone call did not seem to require the child to speak. After all, for the elderly, they only needed the child’s company and love...
After breakfast, Su Yang’s mother rejected Su Yang’s idea of letting the two elders settle down in Shanghai and even travel. Instead, she only said that staying in her hometown was quite comfortable and she did not want to move. Plus, she did not know how to live in the city, so it was meaningless for her to travel. Thus, instead of wasting money, she would rather buy more meat.
After that, Su Yang’s mother brought up the topic of meat being more expensive recently...
The call lasted for an hour before Su Yang’s mother hung up after reminding Su Yang to take care of herself.
After hanging up the phone, Su Yang sat at the dining table in silence for a long time before he went to the toilet to wash his face.
‘I’m... kind of homesick.’
For the current Su Yang, he could do whatever he wanted. Therefore, after Su Yang arranged for Little Hus and Dagger Girl to continue being struck by lightning, he got Little Deeny to book him a ticket to Jiujiang Province that day. Then, he packed his luggage and headed back to his hometown.
After going through the plane, the high-speed rail, the bus, and the trishaw, Su Yang rushed back home in the evening.
Su Yang’s parents were shocked to see their son, whom they were just on the phone with that morning, suddenly appearing at their doorstep.
Hence, Su Yang’s father sighed and said with the unique accent of his hometown, “Transportation is really advanced nowadays.”
Su Yang was speechless.
‘Dad! That’s not the main point! Your son’s home, isn’t he?!’
Su Yang actually did not feel familiar at home.
In the two years that he was not at home, the house had gone through many changes. His parents spent money to build a new house, buy furniture, and throw away all the old things. Hence, Su Yang almost did not have any childhood memories left...
At home, Su Yang stayed with his parents for three to four days. Then, he left two boxes of oral fluids for the two elders to take regularly. Apart from that, he also left two Jiadian Mobile’s glass phones and told them not to give it to anyone else. After that, he went to town on the trishaw and took a bus to the city. After that, he left behind a glass phone before he returned to Shanghai.
The reason why Su Yang had to travel twice was not because he had nothing to do, but because the countryside was small and everyone was familiar with each other. Hence, he would be exposed too easily if someone asked the drivers there, who would say that they had not left the village or the city...
After leaving his glass phone to his parents, Su Yang had Little Deeny keep an eye on the two elders to ensure their safety.
Apart from that, he also planned to send one of Janet’s Imperial Guards to his parents after they were produced to protect his parents.
This way, even if his parents stayed at home to enjoy their retirement, he could be at ease.
After a few days of delay, the Clown Sea Serpent successfully eliminated all the rebels in Central Asia. Thus, the rebellion in Yemen was completely quelled and peace returned to Yemen.
On top of that, the Central Asia Group in the hands of the Clown Sea Serpent also began to send disaster relief, distributing resources and winning over people’s hearts.
Hence, Su Yang’s number of people influenced and the number of coins received increased rapidly!
After another three days in Shanghai, Su Yang’s coins had finally broken through the 120,000 coin mark... ‘I can now give Little Deeny another point.’
