As the system switched on, a translucent [+] appeared above Janet’s head in the water bubble.
Because the water bubble restricted Janet’s activities, Su Yang easily clicked on that [+]. Normally, the first time an item was added, a flicker of light would appear, and the addition would be completed with no cards at all. However, the development of this additional point was beyond Su Yang’s expectation.
As the [+] was tapped, Janet’s body was covered in a faint layer of fluorescence, as if its entire body was coated with a light. Gradually, Janet stopped moving and grew quiet in the light. At the same time, a harsh beeping remembered, and the glow became more and more blinding, making it impossible for the three of them to look directly at it.
Little Hus worriedly asked, “Su Yang! It can’t be that something went wrong, could it?” Su Yang didn’t say anything but had an ominous feeling in his heart. ‘Why is this scene so familiar!’=
‘Could it be?!’
Just as he was worrying, Janet’s light fiercely diminished, and the entire pool was once again calm.
At this moment, dripping sounds were suddenly heard at the back of Su Yang’s mind, as his ominous foreboding became stronger and stronger. He hurriedly opened the system, and surely enough, an exclamation mark prompt appeared on the system interface. [Advanced life migration found, please treat with care!]
It really was an advanced leap in its sentience!
Su Yang felt like this was familiar because the events that had just unfolded were exactly like when he added the first point to Pool!
The probability of this happening was so low, making this just too weird!
Su Yang felt deep despair. This was the end, Little Hus would discover Janet’s gender even if he was a fool. After all, it wasn’t even the birth of intelligence that allowed it to talk! It was going to turn into a human being straight away!
‘You can still speak with a thick voice, but how can you hide the fact that you’ve become human?
‘What if Janet’s outlook is actually rather rugged?
‘And! Why should a shark make a high-level leap when so many little monsters don’t?
‘Especially since it’s still a male shark.’
In Su Yang’s desperation, his ears rang with Little Hus’s screams, “Waifu! Haha! My wife!”
‘Huh? Wife?
‘Things aren’t going the right way, are they?’
Su Yang looked up toward Janet’s direction in confusion and froze...
What caught his eye was a western white woman with sculpted features, green eyes, and long blonde hair while sporting a small short skirt along with a suspender belt. Aside from her very flat chest, she was simply a standard western woman .
Su Yang was dumbfounded.
However, Little Hus rushed all the way over, shouting, “Wife! Wife!”
It was exactly at that moment, that he knew... The woman whipped her leg over Little Hus and the only thing you could hear was a yelp like no other, “Owww!” The entire pillow seemed dented as it bounced off into the air and fell into the pool.
That action... No, that posture, was incomparably graceful.
Su Yang’s gaze slightly gazed, feeling that that move just now was definitely not something an ordinary person could use.
At this moment, the woman’s gaze swept around and finally landed on Su Yang, then she walked in front of Su Yang and knelt down on one knee. “General at your service, Lord!”
Her voice sounded like it had a little of an exotic accent, but it also had a ring to it, like the voice of a lady.
Su Yang pondered it over in his mind. ‘Looks like a woman, talks like a woman... Heck, it even walks like a woman! So is she a woman or not?!’
Su Yang looked over to Pool, who was also surprised.
Looking over at Su Yang, he whispered, “I saw Janet’s... he’s really a male shark.”
‘Really a male shark? Is it possible to add a point and change its gender?’
In Su Yang’s confusion, the system interface finally popped up [Shark +1: Advanced sentience occurred. Gained intermediate spirit intelligence, humanoid body, and primary unrestricted fighting ability.]
Sure enough, an advanced sentience occurred but gaining a humanoid body...
‘Can a small monster can actually gain human fighting abilities? It’s a bronze ability! I didn’t think it would happen just by adding a point! Janet is so lucky!’
However, the only pity was that she didn’t have any talents or special abilities, let’s just hope that she gets a special ability next time she gets a point... She didn’t look like a monster at all!
After reading Janet’s introduction, Su Yang didn’t find anything gender-related, so he couldn’t help but look at Little Hus, who was still pounding in the pool. Then, he crouched down and asked Janet in a low voice, “Are you a male or female?”
Janet’s face stiffened, still saying in that woman’s voice, “I am a man.”
Su Yang was utterly speechless this time.
‘It really is a man...
‘But! Such a woman! A woman’s voice! Women’s clothes! You can’t tell it’s a man!’
Su Yang turned around, then waved his hand at Pool. “You test it.”
Pool looked desperate. “How should I test it, Sir Suo Yang.”
Su Yang yelled, “Do you really need me to teach you?! You’re a man too, aren’t you?! Don’t you know how to verify things like this?”
Pool was going crazy...
However, the matter was originally stirred up by him so he had no choice but to step forward as he whispered, “Janet, I’m sorry.”
Then he grabbed Janet’s bottom and instantly let go again. After letting go, Pool was busy wiping his hands on his shirt as he whispered to Su Yang, “It’s a male. Master Su Yang.”
Su Yang was still speechless.
‘A goddamn headache is what this is...
‘It’s really a man... what’s that called? transvestite? A pseudo-girl?’
Su Yang, who had little contact with the Internet, was a bit tongue-tied.
He thought about it for a moment and felt that there was no other way. ‘A male is a male, let alone one that looks so beautiful. In fact, Little Hus is not a loss, right? After all, it’s not like he can see it...’
Su Yang waved his hand and instructed Janet, “Go fish Little Hus up.”
Janet complied. “Roger that.”
With Su Yang commanding, Janet set her hand and easily fished Little Hus up, but Little Hus had been addicted to Janet’s beauty and couldn’t help himself.
Su Yang whispered to Pool, “By the way, is Little Hus male or female?”
Pool looked at Su Yang. “I don’t know... The cushion doesn’t have an organ either.”
‘It should be a male, right? After all, Little Hus’s voice is really...’
He thought about Little Hus’s sharp voice that sounded like a duck. ‘Well... If it was a woman, she definitely wouldn’t be able to get married.
‘Forget it, it’s like the species have been cross-bred, is gender that important?
‘Let’s watch the events develop before we decide.’
When Janet brought Little Hus over, Su Yang picked him up and stepped to the side as he whispered luridly, “Little Hus, you can’t chase girls like this.”
Little Hus gave Su Yang a husky stare. “Why?”
Su Yang replied, “She’s too enthusiastic. It’s like licking another dog.”
Little Hus retorted, “But I’m already a dog!”
Su Yang continued, “But licking another dog is low even for a dog.”
Little Hus was speechless at Su Yang’s analogy.
Su Yang fiddled his thumbs. “Janet has just transformed, and she needs time to adjust. You should give her enough space.”
Su Yang added in his heart, ‘Maybe you won’t like her after you give her some space.’
Little Hus pondered for a long time before reluctantly nodding his head and agreeing.
To celebrate the appearance of another “transformed” monster, the little monsters of the family had dinner together.
The dinner was held in the villa’s courtyard because there wasn’t enough room to sit down.
Fatty, of course, was driven to the corner of the courtyard to sit down and continue to eat her mountain of cabbages.
A few of the other monsters sat around the table. There was milk and drink in the house, all caught in a wooden barrel from [Master Sommelier Water Tap]. The barrel, on the other hand, was bought during a food safety inspection a while ago. After the inspection, it was moved to the house for milk and drinks. With the little monster beans cooking, the table was quickly filled up.
However, the only problem was that the only person eating was Su Yang.
So it was a gathering where everyone was served a drink as they watched Su Yang eat alone. With so many people watching, Su Yang was eating in an incomparably weird manner, feeling like a zoo animal.
After eating for a while, Janet, who had been staying by Su Yang’s side, raised his hand. “My Lord, can I eat?”
‘Huh? Janet eats too?’
Su Yang looked at him. “You can eat?”
Janet touched his shriveled stomach. “That’s quite likely, I’m hungry.”
Su Yang stretched out his hand toward the rice on the table. “Here, try some.”
He was always the only one in the family who ate, so it wasn’t even fun. Those little monsters don’t actually drink even if they’re holding drinks. They’re just holding cups for holding sake...
With Su Yang’s consent, Janet reached out and took out a piece of the sweet and sour pork ribs on the table and shoved it into his mouth. Suddenly, the ribs were like going into a meat grinder, as it was ground up so fast that even the bones were eaten whole.
Su Yang was speechless and so were the other little monsters.
Su Yang carefully looked at Janet. “Is it delicious?”
Janet wrinkled his upturned nose and shook his head. “It doesn’t taste good.”
‘Crap, eating bones, how can they taste good!’
Su Yang commanded, “Open your mouth and I’ll have a look.”
Janet obeyed and opened her mouth. The two rows of teeth in his mouth were actually not quite the same as humans, but pointed and aligned like a shark.
‘This... Are these the shark teeth that are so popular these days?’
Su Yang looked at Janet. ‘Why doesn’t she wear smoky makeup? She might even be very popular if she did...’
Dismissing this odd thought from his mind, Su Yang said to Janet, “Just eat the dishes, and don’t eat the bones for dinner.”
As he was saying that, Janet reached for another piece of the sweet and sour ribs and stuffed it into his mouth. Before you knew it the ribs were chewed up so fast that it went straight down his throat in a swift move.
‘Umm... c’mon.’ Janet didn’t listen to him at all.
After eating two pieces of ribs, Janet said to Su Yang, “I don’t want to eat this any more. This sour and sweet is not good. Can I have fish?”
Before Su Yang could agree, a voice rang in their ears, “The fish is here!”
The two of them looked over and saw Little Hus running over happily with a foam box of fish.
Su Yang was dead silent.
‘That’s too fast, and it’s all raw fish!’
Before Su Yang could stop him, Janet grabbed a fish from the box and stuffed it right into his mouth.
As that happened, a trickle of some liquid flowed out of the corner of his mouth... Bright red blood.
Su Yang said in a frightened voice, “Open your mouth and let me have a look.”
