Terms of use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "the Terms") govern access to and use of the AINovel.kz platform (hereinafter "the Platform", "we"). By registering on the Platform you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full.

1. General provisions

• The AINovel.kz platform provides access to translations of Asian novels made using artificial intelligence technologies.
• Use of the Platform means unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes means agreement with the updated Terms.

2. Registration and account

• Registration on the Platform is available to persons aged 16 and over. Persons under 16 may use the Platform only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
• Registration is required for access to the Platform's full functionality (bookmarks, ratings, comments).
• When registering you undertake to provide accurate data and not to use other people's personal data.
• You are responsible for the safety of your credentials (login and password) and for all actions performed on behalf of your account.
• The administration may block or delete an account for violating these Terms without prior notice.

3. Rules for using the Platform

When using the Platform it is prohibited to:

• Post offensive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material in comments and translation suggestions.
• Post spam, advertising, malicious links or phishing content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the Platform's systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) for mass collection of data from the Platform without the written permission of the administration.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent a block or abuse the Platform's functions.

4. Intellectual property

• The design, source code, logos and other elements of the Platform are the intellectual property of AINovel.kz and are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Translations published on the Platform are made using AI technologies and are provided solely for personal, non-commercial reading.
• Copying, distribution or commercial use of the Platform's materials without the written consent of the administration is prohibited.

5. User content

• By posting comments, ratings or suggestions for improving a translation, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and store this content.
• You warrant that the content you post does not infringe the rights of third parties and complies with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The administration may moderate, edit or delete user content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

• The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of translations or the absence of errors.
• The administration is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• We are not responsible for the content of user-generated material (comments, suggestions). The author is responsible for the content posted.
• The administration is not responsible for the content of external sites to which links may be posted on the Platform.

7. Processing of personal data

The collection, storage and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" No. 94-V of May 21, 2013. By registering on the Platform you consent to the processing of your personal data to the extent and on the terms specified in the Privacy Policy.

8. Blocking and termination of access

• The administration may restrict or terminate a user's access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms.
• A user may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of their account by contacting the details provided below.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the location of the Platform's administration.
