After all, everyone knew that America had suffered a huge setback that time. Thus, the country’s foundation was truly being shaken.
‘If this matter isn’t resolved properly, then perhaps... The world’s overlord is going to be changed!
‘After all, the authority of America’s president has been lost.
‘But... How are they going to be able to resolve this though?
‘America’s not the only country being troubled by this matter, but the big shots of various countries as well.’
Over the past few days, the big shots of the Five Hooligans, the intelligent and informative advisors, and even the so-called international relations experts were all having a headache.
The reason was very simple... The main problem at that moment was that Jiadian Group and the Joint Chiefs of Central Asia were an rising force.
These forces had nothing in the first place, so those without anything to lose would be fearless when they worked.
They would have the courage to go all-or-nothing.
On the contrary, the Five Hooligans did not have this specific courage.
Therefore, when Jiadian Group actually did develop a portable thermonuclear weapon, things got out of hand.
Not to mention, Central Asia held more than 70% of the world’s oil and more than 60% of its oil trade.
Once Central Asia broke away from the various countries, the industrial system of each country was likely to be paralyzed for a short period of time. Thus, this price was too high for any country to bear.
Because there was no way to solve this problem, the countries led by the Five Hooligans could only try their best to include Central Asia and Jiadian Group into the world’s rules.
They planned to rely on Jiadian Group and the Joint Chiefs of Central Asia to “rise to the occasion”. ‘We can’t solve this issue as “domineering” as we’ve always done.’
With this idea in mind, after the bombing in the North Pole, several countries began to actively establish trade relations with Central Asia.
Ironically, the fastest country to establish this was not China, but England.
It was not known what kind of madness can befall upon England, but they were extremely proactive whenever it was something to do with Central Asia or Jiadian Group.
In fact, they even took the initiative to help Jiadian Group and Central Asia manage their relationships, behaving exactly like a big brother would.
Their actions were extremely abnormal, but because of how much abnormal stuff they had been doing over the years, all the other countries merely thought of them as sh*t stirrers and did not pay them any attention.
Soon, with the support of England, China, and the tacit agreement with Russia, France, and America, the Joint Chiefs of Central Asia officially returned to the international stage and established a legal trade order with these countries.
On top of that, Jiadian’s digital currency had also officially entered the world’s stage.
As the currency used to trade more than 60% of the world’s oil, Jiadian’s digital currency replaced USD, which used to be the global currency, and began to harvest every countries’ currencies and raw materials.
In the early days, because they needed a certain amount of foreign-exchange reserves, the GPE also saved a lot of foreign-exchange currency.
However, as the stockpile of foreign exchange increased, once Jiadian Group obtained this foreign exchange, they would start to spend all the foreign exchange to buy raw materials that could be used to manufacture glass phones.
With the large amount of coins that he had previously obtained, Su Yang started building large scale projects in the virtual space. He built many glass phone manufacturing factories and production lines.
After that, he sent these production lines to Central Asia.
Therefore, very soon, the production lines for several glass phones were established in Central Asia.
Thus, an endless number of glass phones started production on the production line.
After the production was completed, Su Yang started to integrate the entire trading system in Central Asia with the cooperation from various countries. He then collected the currencies of various countries, distributed glass phones, and equipped them with an equivalent amount of digital currencies.
The reason why Su Yang did this was to turn Jiadian’s digital currencies legal currencies for the people of Central Asia.
Actually, during this period, it was not as if there were not those who objected to using such digital currencies.
However, it was useless. In Central Asia, where the strong preyed on the weak, power was always the best access pass.
Other regions and countries might have to pay attention to the international impact. But in Central Asia... The world would merely turn a blind eye to whatever that was happening there.
Therefore, these objections were quickly suppressed.
There were many things happening that Su Yang did not have to oversee personally since he had Salaman, the Bloody Prince, and the Clown Sea Serpent, who was the king behind the dark. Hence, before Su Yang managed to hear any of those objections, the people involved with objecting to the situation had their tongues cut out and dumped into the deep sea.
In the blink of an eye, half a year passed.
In the past six months, everything in Central Asia had stabilized. Glass phones became the most important access pass for the people. Not only did it contain digital currencies, it also had all kinds of identity-related information as well.
Because of the existence of virtual space, Central Asia no longer needed to build various signal towers or satellites to achieve global communication.
If they wanted to buy something, all they needed to do was to take out their glass phones to scan it. It was extremely convenient. No matter where one went, they would not have to be afraid that they might be in an area with no signal.
If they wanted to transfer money, they only needed to know the other party’s name and their glass phone’s ID to do so.
This modern lifestyle might seem normal to the people in China, but in Central Asia, a place that had been in constant war and lived in the “last century”, this was something unimaginable!
Coupled with the traceability of digital currencies, the transaction history of each sum was clearly stated.
Therefore, blackmarkets and illegal industries could not trade using digital currencies, which caused illegal activities within Central Asia to be greatly reduced.
Of course, the world’s peace was also related to the various measures taken by the Joint Chiefs of Central Asia.
In fact, the profits from the oil trade did not need to be reaped by America at all. The people in Central Asia were the source of their influence. Hence, Su Yang’s purchase of raw materials had greatly increased the sense of security within the hearts of the citizens in Central Asia.
He adapted the various benefits China provided and established a basic system with affordable insurance policies, medical policies, and so on.
On top of that, Su Yang had also moved many of Samsung and Hyundai factories to Central Asia. Hence, the people of Central Asia were well-fed, wore warm clothes, and had jobs to earn money to lead a better life. With all this, how could they still think about committing crimes every day?
Of course, it was not as if there were no stubborn fellows.
However, these guys were nothing compared to the Clown Sea Serpent, the criminal expert, Zach, the leader of the Central Asia criminal organization, and Martha, the founder of a dangerous organization.
Hence, in front of these “specialists” and Little Deeny, who was akin to Skynet that covered all of Central Asia, these criminals had nowhere to hide.
Meanwhile, on the international stage, the various countries gradually accepted the Joint Chiefs of Central Asia and actively started to trade with Jiadian Group.
After all, they had no choice but to do so since Jiadian Group still held the majority of the world’s oil trade.
If the countries wanted to develop, they would have to rely on them.
In order to increase his share of the world’s situation and to seize the market, Su Yang continued to fight with Russia and America for oil prices.
In the past six months, the production of Central Asia’s oil had been rising steadily, and the price had been falling.
Su Yang, who had the cost advantage, shouted out without hesitation, “Our oil production cost is 7 USD per barrel, 20 USD per barrel in Russia and 32 USD per barrel in America.
“So, we can easily lower the oil price to below 20, with minimal profits and high sales.”
Su Yang’s methods were something that the entire world had seen countless times.
If it was any other big shot in Central Asia who said something like that, no one would believe them. However, since it was Su Yang who said it, they might actually believe it.
Everyone knew that Draenor was a lunatic, but after what happened half a year ago, everyone felt that Su Yang was the true lunatic.
‘Who would’ve secretly accumulated their resources for so many years just to build a nuclear weapon if not for a lunatic?
‘Moreover, he directly launched three of them just because America did not want to give in to his demands... That’s just horrifying.
‘Because of this, both Russia and America had no choice but to sit down and negotiate with Su Yang.
‘In the end, the three parties reached a plan to increase the price and reduce production. On top of that, they also roughly divided the market.’
This was actually true, Central Asia now had the greatest advantage, not only raising prices, but also increasing their market share from 60% to 68%.
Although the market share was less than that of the current price war, overall profits and sales were much higher.
According to Su Yang’s plan, he wanted to defeat the other two countries.
However, when he gave it a deeper thought, he realized that it was not a good idea to drive them too far into a corner.
Furthermore, even though he was the actual ruler of Central Asia, he still had to consider the opinions of his subordinates. He had to earn more money to make the country rich and powerful, so they eventually reached an agreement.
Just like the difference in status and position shown by the agreement, America had been showing signs of decline for nearly half a year.
The country’s position in the world has plummeted since it failed to hold down Central Asia, and the separation of America and oil.
Everyone realized that America was not as powerful as they had imagined. They seemed strong on the outside, but were actually weak on the inside.
The decline of America directly led to the depreciation of USD and the collapse of American stocks.
This was especially true since there was such a huge economic bubble in America and a whole lot of funds from various countries within the country. The moment a problem occurred, these funds would be taken away without any hesitation, and the bubble would burst.
This led directly to the biggest stock market crash in nearly two decades.
The fall was so huge that there was literally no end to it.
It was really just thanks to a few tech stocks that other countries were holding onto or the entire American stock market would have collapsed to the ground.
Among them, the 100 billion USD that Su Yang threw inside had doubled continuously.
By the time the Stock Exchange couldn’t take it anymore and started to discuss a settlement with Su Yang, the profits had already exceeded 600 billion USD.
Su Yang did not make things difficult for them in fact. Therefore, he withdrew all his cash and used it to purchase raw materials...
America was constantly depreciating, and he could release his own currency to harvest the world. Therefore, he didn’t need these useless papers.
In the blink of an eye, another half a year passed.
Su Yang’s control in Central Asia was getting higher and higher, and his phone was getting more and more distributed.
In the past half a year, Su Yang had reaped the entire world’s wealth. He had easily sold five hundred million glass phones and allocated them to all the Central Asians to use for free, allowing each and every person within the country to own a glass phone.
Privately, of course... It was the Central Asian Joint Chiefs who paid the bill.
Because of this, Su Yang’s coins and the number of people influenced increased by more than 500 million.
Of course, this did not mean that all the Central Asians were affected by Su Yang’s positive side. After all, Su Yang’s other businesses and software had been developing well in the past half a year, allowing him to reap a large number of people influenced globally.
After conquering Central Asia, Su Yang returned to China.
Under Jiang Yan’s lead, he started to negotiate with the country’s big shots. He wanted to cooperate with the country to promote mobile phones and digital currency.
But adding a bit of digital currency is obviously a very sensitive issue, so negotiations were not going well.
However, they were not completely fruitless.
During the interval between the negotiations, a big shot from the country reminded Su Yang that ever since Draenor did not stop Su Yang forcefully, the citizens of America were extremely disappointed in him. His number of supporters were also falling because of this.
When coupled with the international situation at the time...
During the next election, the people of America might choose a radical president. When that happens, Su Yang would have to pay more attention, which were exactly his thoughts.
As expected, during the next election, a middle-aged Caucasian man was chosen.
The first thing this Caucasian did was to check the nuclear weapons and maintain them.
The second thing was to ask America’s aircraft carriers to start cruising the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, outbound towards Central Asia.
Obviously, his idea was simple. He wanted to regain control of the oil trade and allow for them to regain its hegemony.
The Joint Chiefs of Central Asia issued several warnings to America, telling them not to invade their territories.
However, the newly-elected president of America seemed to be determined to use force, ignoring the warnings and kept on playing tricks that were along the borderline.
The friction between the two large countries made the global situation sensitive again.
Everyone’s hearts were hanging in their throats. They were afraid that Su Yang would really get into a fight with America.
However, the strange thing was that Su Yang, who had a radical personality, did not make a move. Instead, he was very restrained.
While the whole world was relieved, the president of America was also pleased with himself. He thought that Su Yang was actually just for show.
He thought that Su Yang was fearless because he had nothing originally. Now that he had gained such fame, he had begun being cautious.
However, what this president did not know was that Su Yang did not have the time to bother about him as he was busy with something else...
More than a year ago, Su Yang used a Gold Point to add a point to the system. Just as he had expected, there were not many changes to be seen aside from unlocking a new function, [Point Acceleration].
This function allowed Su Yang to spend a huge amount of coins to shorten the timer when adding points.
According to Spirit Building’s research, The function involved using a large amount of spiritual energy to force the living being to evolve faster.
