Virtual World.
In the toy factory, newly arrived militants surrounded the facility and Lin Chuan.
The workers huddled behind the machines, shivering with fear.
Suddenly, the air was filled with a deadly seriousness.
At this moment, one of the militants shouted loudly, "Who's in charge here?"
He wasn't speaking Chinese, but Malay.
Throughout his experiences of 'fraud' in life, Lin Chuan had learned some Southeast Asian languages, so he could understand and engage in basic communication.
Lin Chuan looked at the militants and reluctantly answered, "Me."
Then, the militants parted, and a middle-aged man emerged.
Lin Chuan looked up.
The man was dressed in a black combat uniform with a holstered handgun on his waist, his stature somewhat bulky, overshadowing those around him, exuding a strong presence.
The moonlight was bright and clear, illuminating his thick black hair and dark skin as he walked towards Lin Chuan, his piercing eyes like those of a cheetah fixed on Lin Chuan.
"You're the owner of this factory?"
The man's voice was deep, and he also spoke in Malay.
Lin Chuan nodded, "That's right."
The leader of the militants scrutinized Lin Chuan and furrowed his brow, "You look very young, but I am very satisfied with the products you've made."
"Are you talking about my toys?"
Lin Chuan asked with a smirk.
The leader laughed, "Yes, your toys are good, especially this 'SIG Sauer P365-AXG pistol' you're holding. It's very well made; I've brought you a big order."
"A big order?"
Lin Chuan frowned.
Was this man's big order toys or something else?
But this is a toy factory, after all!
What else could they make?
The leader of the militants laughed, "Let me introduce myself, my name is Karl, General of the Arak Armed Forces."
"I am Mr. Lin, owner of this toy factory," Lin Chuan replied.
He hadn't heard these titles in reality and guessed they were made up in the Virtual World.
"My men were a bit rude, charging in like that, Mr. Lin, please don't take offense," said General Karl, politely expressing his apology.
Lin Chuan twitched his mouth, "General Karl, did you come here just to place a toy order?"
"Of course!"
Karl nodded seriously, "Here's a list of items we need, you should be able to make them, right?"
Upon hearing this, Lin Chuan immediately frowned.
He took the list from General Karl and confirmed his suspicions.
The list was filled with a host of military equipment.
[SIG Sauer P365-AXG pistol]
[MP5 submachine gun]
[HK433 assault rifle]
The list was clearly based on firearms and ammunition.
Lin Chuan took a deep breath.
— I knew it wasn't going to be just as simple as being a 'toy factory owner'; there are Southeast Asian militants placing orders for guns and ammo.
So, I'm actually an Arms Tycoon?
Shit!
Fucking shit!
At that moment, Lin Chuan covertly accessed the 'toy database' provided by the system and checked it in his mind.
Indeed!
The toy database was actually an enormous weapons and equipment database.
It contained data and corresponding blueprints for firearms, ammunition, Rocket Launchers, drones, tanks, and more.
Lin Chuan was skeptical about the system's intention.
— What is it trying to do by giving me this 'database'?
Does it really want me to become an Arms Tycoon?
Meanwhile, General Karl, noticing Lin Chuan's prolonged silence, thought Lin Chuan was having difficulties and said, "Mr. Lin, don't worry, we will pay in cash at market rates. Here is a deposit, and I've already taken care of the relationships here; you just need to produce."
This general sure knew how to do business!
Lin Chuan looked up at the sky where the moonlight blurred, took a deep breath, and then smiled, "I'll take this order!"
General Karl laughed heartily and reached out to pat Lin Chuan on the shoulder, "Mr. Lin, you've got courage, I appreciate that, and I hope we can have a long-term collaboration!"
In the Virtual World, Lin Chuan made his decision and nodded with a smile, "Certainly, looking forward to our long-term partnership."
"I will come to collect the goods next month."
After saying this, General Karl waved goodbye.
Soon, the Arak militants retreated like the tide, leaving the toy factory cold and silent, a quiet stillness.
Only the sound of machinery clicked and clacked in the background.
"Boss, are we still making toys?" At that moment, an old employee approached and asked Lin Chuan.
"The toy factory is now renamed to an ordnance factory!"
Lin Chuan glanced at the weapons list in his hand and a bank card with Karl's deposit on it.
There's no future in toys; arms are more interesting.
Starting with the order from Karl for guns and ammo, becoming an Arms Tycoon!
No time like the present to get started.
Lin Chuan immediately began making arrangements.
"You take charge of procuring a new batch of equipment," Lin Chuan instructed the old employee.
The old employee's face showed some difficulty, "Boss, we used to make toys, now making guns and ammo... "
"Don't feel pressured. We are being forced to do this," Lin Chuan reassured, "Also, there will be a pay raise."
"Good!"
The old employee immediately perked up.
He knew that if the Arak militants, armed to the teeth, were placing orders, then they couldn't refuse.
But looking at the boss, it seemed as if the Arak militia's order was exactly what he wanted, a 'mutual affection,' otherwise, he wouldn't be smiling even now.
