Feng Qi giggled. "Wasn’t last time pretty interesting?"
"It was pretty good, but the two of you combined don’t seem to have much stamina."
"Brother Jiang, don’t underestimate us. We’ve been going to the gym a lot lately to build up our stamina so we can subdue you."
Feng Qi laughed again. "Brother Jiang, guess where we are right now?"
"You’re not at the gym, are you?"
"Hehe, clever. I’ll send you a picture. Take a look."

The two of them were wearing yoga shorts and were pressed close together, side-on, showing off their peach-like figures.
Their figures had definitely improved since last time, and they looked incredibly alluring.
"Not bad. I’ll test out your skills tonight and see how much you’ve improved."
"Mhm, but aside from ’playing cards,’ there’s something else interesting I want to tell you."
"What’s that?"
"Hey now, don’t be so impatient. You’ll find out when you get here tonight."
"Alright."
After a brief chat, Lin Jiang hung up and drove to the office.
As soon as he arrived at his office, he found Chen Jingxian there. She was kneeling on his chair, seemingly adjusting the backrest.
The office window was open, and a gust of wind lifted the hem of Chen Jingxian’s skirt to her waist, revealing the safety shorts she wore underneath.
Her pert, round, peach-like bottom was full and tempting, making for an even better view.
"That’s a great position. Don’t move."
Hearing his voice, Chen Jingxian flinched. She turned to see Lin Jiang walking in and immediately let out a sigh of relief.
"You scared me to death. I thought someone else had come in."
Chen Jingxian climbed off the chair and straightened her skirt.
"If you’re worried about being seen, shouldn’t you be more careful?"
"You haven’t been here in a few days, so I came to air the place out and tidy up a bit. The wind blew my skirt up. No one usually comes in here, so I wasn’t too worried about it."
"But I have to say, it’s definitely perkier than before."
Lin Jiang said with a smile, giving her bottom a squeeze.
"Feels better to the touch, too. Keep up the good work..."
Chen Jingxian lightly tapped Lin Jiang with her small fist and chided him playfully.
"Pinching a woman’s butt in public like this is illegal, you know..."
"How is this ’in public’? It’s just the two of us, and this is my office. Who’d dare tell me what to do?"
"Yes, yes, President Lin is the mightiest of all. He can tease an innocent woman, and she’s not allowed to make a peep. Is that right?"
"As an employee, you’re finally starting to understand your place..."
As he spoke, he squeezed harder, and Chen Jingxian’s body instantly went limp...
Seeing Chen Jingxian’s bashful expression, a wicked smile crept onto Lin Jiang’s lips as he prepared to make another move.
[You have gained the favor of NPC Chen Jingxian. Affinity +10]

[Reward: 1,000,000 NPC Special Development Fund, deposited to your account.]
[Reward: 1,000,000 NPC Special Investment Fund, deposited to your account.]
Lin Jiang was already used to this method of increasing Affinity.
With other NPCs, spending a bit of money on them would more or less guarantee an increase in Affinity.
But Chen Jingxian was different. For her, money wasn’t the most important thing in a relationship.
Emotional connection and physical touch were what truly stimulated her sensitive nerves.
For her, that was the only effective way to increase Affinity.
Lin Jiang’s hand squeezed with a little more force, and Chen Jingxian showed no intention of resisting.
Biting her lip, she bore it silently, seemingly enjoying the sensation.
Just as Lin Jiang was about to press his advance, he saw a red exclamation point appear above Chen Jingxian’s head!
A main quest had appeared!
[Main Quest: Industrial Upgrade]
[Quest Description: Acquire Li Yuan Pastures]
[Quest Reward: 80,000-square-meter pasture x1, 40 points]
Lin Jiang’s eyes lit up when he saw the quest reward.
80,000 square meters was roughly the size of 200 basketball courts. Even with Mu Xing’s expansion, it wouldn’t be a third of that size.
Once he got this reward, it would be a true industrial upgrade.
"You bad man! Take your hand away." Chen Jingxian’s voice was breathy and weak, just like her body.
’Women really are creatures who say one thing and mean another.’
’She could free herself from my grasp with the slightest movement, yet she chose not to. How interesting.’
’She’s the one who’s basically throwing herself at me, yet she pretends I’m forcing her.’
"Alright, I’ll move it."
Lin Jiang moved his hand, but he didn’t pull it out from under her skirt. Instead, he continued to caress her elsewhere...
"You..."
Chen Jingxian’s voice grew even softer, and her body remained completely still.
Just as Lin Jiang was about to press his attack, he suddenly felt his fingertips grow slightly damp...
’No way, did it soak through both layers?’
Noticing that Lin Jiang had stopped, Chen Jingxian also became aware of her own embarrassing situation.
She immediately shifted her position and pulled Lin Jiang’s hand out from under her skirt.
Lin Jiang brought his hand up to look at it, then glanced back at Chen Jingxian.
"Nice. Quite wet..."
"Shut up! Don’t say another word. If you do, I’m done with you."
Chen Jingxian straightened her skirt again. "Where did your mom go? I was going to take her to dinner tonight and then go for a stroll."
"She went home. I tried to get her to stay a few more days, but she refused. She said she had things to take care of at home and couldn’t stay any longer."
"What?!" Chen Jingxian’s voice shot up.
"Why didn’t you tell me? If your mom was leaving, I should have gone to see her off."
"It’s not like you’re a stranger. No need to be so formal."
