Lin Jiang: "Why do you say that?"
Qin Yangyang: "I feel like... your stamina is much better than last time. And it’s different."
Lin Jiang: "How is it different? Give me the details. Smirk.jpg."
Qin Yangyang: "You’re doing this on purpose. I’m not telling."
Lin Jiang: "Tell me, and you can pick the position next time."
Qin Yangyang: "Really?"
Lin Jiang: "Of course."
Qin Yangyang: "It just... it felt so full. And... how did your fingers get so nimble? Ugh, it’s too embarrassing! You figure it out yourself."
Lin Jiang smiled. ’A whole 4-millimeter difference, of course the effect is different.’
Lin Jiang: "I’ll show you something else next time."
Qin Yangyang: "What is it?"
Lin Jiang: "It won’t be fun if I tell you. You’ll find out when the time comes."
Qin Yangyang: "Hmph."
Lin Jiang didn’t reply. He recalled the scene from last night. ’This Master-level Finger Technique really is something else.’
’Once I finish the Qin Family’s mission, I’ll get the Flash Strike Staff. I can try it out on Qin Yangyang first.’
’Although, with her combat power, she might not be able to handle it.’
’But that just makes me want to try it even more.’
’Tsk, tsk. It’s even getting a righteous gentleman like me all excited.’
After getting up and quickly getting ready, Lin Jiang left the house and drove to the office.
The share subscription agreement for Desheng Properties was still in the file cabinet.
He might not need it, but it was better to bring it along, just in case.
When he arrived at the office, he found the door was open.
Stepping inside, he saw Chen Jingxian bent over, searching for something in a file cabinet.
Chen Jingxian was wearing a dark blue wrap dress today. As she bent over, her rear formed a large, rounded shape.
Surprisingly, Chen Jingxian was also wearing black pantyhose.
But since her dress was knee-length, the pantyhose served more as a decorative touch.
"Oh, you’re here."
Seeing Lin Jiang, Chen Jingxian walked over with a file in her hand.
"I need to go to Desheng. Help me find that 10% share subscription agreement."
"Okay, sure."
Chen Jingxian went to the safe and squatted down, her voluptuous and graceful curves once again on display, enough to make a man’s mind wander.
"It’s all in here."
Taking out the file folder, Chen Jingxian tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and handed it to Lin Jiang.
"Things at the company are getting busier and busier. If you can’t handle it, you should hire more people."
"I was just about to talk to you about that. Since you agree, I’ll start working on it."
Lin Jiang nodded. "You can be in charge of it. I have some suitable candidates on my end; I’ll send a few over to you."
"Okay, great," Chen Jingxian said.
"What about salary and benefits? Is there anything special we need to set up?"
"Make it slightly higher than the market rate. Otherwise, we won’t be able to attract the right people."
"I’ll draw up a plan and show it to you then."
Lin Jiang nodded. "How have you been feeling lately? Has your cholecystitis been acting up?"
"Occasionally, but I’m being careful about what I eat. It’s not a big deal, so don’t worry."
"Good."
Taking the share subscription agreement, Lin Jiang left.
On the way, Lin Jiang decided he would send He Siyao over. Although she was a novice, it would be fine for her to start from the bottom.
Then there was Huang Youwei from Berkeley. He was a bit too slick, but he was capable.
However, the mall couldn’t do without him right now. He could split his time between both places. Once He Jing, that little pet project of his, was ready, she could take over his main role.
Desheng Property Co., Ltd., Chairman’s Office.
Qin Zhengqing sat in his chair, looking over the second-quarter performance report.
Given how the Qin Sisters turned out, Qin Zhengqing had clearly made a genetic contribution.
He had an average build with sharp, defined features. He wore an IWC Big Pilot’s watch on his wrist, but he gave off a gentle and easygoing impression.
The net profit for the second quarter was only 90 million, just 5 million higher than the first quarter.
Although that might seem decent, this result was only achieved after a 7.8% increase in managed property area.
In other words, it was a disaster.
At that moment, besides Qin Zhengqing, Qin Yangyang and Qin Youyou were also in the office.
Both of them held the title of Vice President, but Qin Youyou had some real authority, while Qin Yangyang did not.
"Dad, that’s the financial report. The problem we need to solve now is Xiangrong and Xi Yuan joining forces," Qin Yangyang said.
"Even though you have absolute voting power, if those two team up, it will definitely affect the company’s future decisions."
"I agree with my sister. If this goes on, we might not even be able to hold onto this much profit in the third quarter," Qin Youyou said.
"I think we need to find a countermeasure as soon as possible. Otherwise, it won’t be long before they sideline you completely."
"We should contact the minority shareholders as soon as possible and pull them over to our side. We can’t let ourselves be led around by the nose," Qin Yangyang said.
"Many of the company’s shareholders are foreign investment firms; they usually don’t get involved in things like this. The domestically circulated shares only amount to about 10%, and they’re scattered among eight different companies. Consolidating those shares won’t be easy," Qin Youyou said.
Compared to Qin Yangyang, Qin Youyou had a much better understanding of the company’s situation.
She also knew that the difficulties the company faced were much greater than they appeared.
"How about I find a chance to visit them? I can be your pawn and test their attitude."
"It’s not that complicated anymore," Qin Zhengqing said.
"There’s recent news that an investment firm called ’Ignore Risk’ has been secretly consolidating those shares. I plan to invite their boss to a meal and see if we can negotiate something."
"They’re that good?!" Qin Youyou exclaimed in amazement.
