Lu Jiamei gave the still-dazed Qin Haonan a push.
"Stop spacing out. The Feixiang Aircraft Carrier could send people over at any moment. Let’s get familiar with our plant weapons first!"
Hearing Lu Jiamei’s words, Qin Haonan snapped back to his senses and took the Spray Melon from Ren Yuanyang.
Ren Yuanyang led the group to the top of the container and set up the wooden plank Qin Haonan had used before on a speedboat.

Qin Haonan nodded slightly, walked to a spot five meters from the plank, and aimed the Spray Melon’s nozzle at the center of the board. He nervously pulled off the stem.

The Spray Melon seeds shot out at high speed, even creating a faint whistling sound as they cut through the air!
The plank was immediately peppered with dense indentations. Wood splinters flew everywhere. Then, with a BANG, a hole was blasted clean through it.
Seeing this, Qin Haonan instinctively shifted the nozzle slightly to the side. The subsequent seeds actually blew another small hole in the plank!
Lu Jiamei and Xin Wan’s eyes went wide. They knew Ren Yuanyang could strengthen plants, but this was ridiculously powerful!
Although Ren Yuanyang was also surprised by the Spray Melon’s power, he was mentally timing its spray duration.

Ren Yuanyang was speechless. "You were too nervous. You probably forgot to even notice!"
"It’s my first time handling such a powerful weapon. I was definitely a bit tense!" Qin Haonan scratched his head, embarrassed.
Resigned, Ren Yuanyang had Xin Wan test it from ten meters.
Based on Qin Haonan’s shot, the trajectory of the seeds was quite stable. Xin Wan aimed at the plank from the same angle and pulled the stem.

Another hole was blown through the plank, this one slightly larger in diameter than the one Qin Haonan made!

Lu Jiamei shook her head and said, "Not just like it. It’s stronger! A standard shotgun doesn’t have this much power. At this distance, it would only leave dents in a plank like that. And the Spray Melon seems to have better accuracy!"
"Haonan, put the plank on the small boat and tow it out to about twenty meters!" Ren Yuanyang ordered.

Five seconds later, no hole appeared in the distant plank!
’Did I miss?’ Lu Jiamei began to doubt herself.
"Based on the angle and trajectory of their shots, you shouldn’t have!" Ren Yuanyang shook his head. "We’ll know what happened when Qin Haonan brings it back!"
Lu Jiamei nodded slightly.
As soon as the Spray Melon in Lu Jiamei’s hands stopped spraying, Qin Haonan immediately towed the small boat back to the side of the container.
Ren Yuanyang and Lu Jiamei immediately jumped onto the small boat. The plank was covered in tiny, dense holes. These holes were spread out in a circle roughly a meter in diameter, becoming denser toward the center.
Lu Jiamei sucked in a sharp breath. "It still penetrated the plank from that far away!"
"Looks like we’ll have a chance to give the Feixiang a little surprise," Ren Yuanyang said with a cold smile.
Qin Haonan frowned. "The Feixiang Aircraft Carrier won’t come here itself, will it?"

"Chief, are there any other orders?" Lu Jiamei asked curiously.
"To ensure our safety, I want to set up some hidden weapons on the container and the boats," Ren Yuanyang explained his idea.
Lu Jiamei was taken aback for a moment, then immediately understood what Ren Yuanyang meant. "You mean, using these Spray Melons?"
Ren Yuanyang nodded in reply. "Mhm. We can mount them in fixed holes. When we need to use them, we just adjust the angle slightly, pull the stem, and they’ll fire."
"Great idea. We wouldn’t even have to show ourselves," Lu Jiamei responded excitedly.
"Just find some planks or other materials and drill some holes big enough to fit the back end of the Spray Melon in!" Ren Yuanyang said, gesturing as he spoke.
"Yes, sir!" Lu Jiamei immediately turned and went out.
