"Ahhhh!!!"
With a raised blade in hand, riding on the war horse, RIDER charged forward at the forefront. Accompanying him were the warriors who fought with him on countless battlefields, his subordinates and subjects. They once swept across this land, reaching the world’s end!
However, their opponents were also no ordinary beings!
They were the deities of the past, burning themselves to illuminate the world, the Kings of Salary, and the knights who guarded Lothric!
"—————!!"
The Giant Yum rushed in first, raising its Greatsword and swinging it down fiercely. Instantly, dozens of soldiers were sent flying into the sky.
The Ancient Dragon and the devourer of darkness, Midiel, flew overhead, opening their large mouths to spew burning flames at the army below.
Eldritch, the devourer of deities, raised his Dark Moon Greatsword, and a rain of arrows swept down, devastating the field.
The Nameless King, riding a Flying Dragon, descended with explosive lightning bursting out to cover the entire battlefield.
Following them, Slave Knight Gael, brandishing a giant blade, leaped into the fray with a piercing kill. Hero Guda swept through the army mercilessly. Warlord Vormir appeared from the shadows, wielding the Holy Sword, slashing down into the formation, crushing all soldiers trying to resist him into flesh paste.
Nun Frieda walked calmly, her scythe emanating chilling coldness, bringing eternal death to the enemies before her.
Pontiff Sullivan wielded Dual Blades, ravaging and slicing as if a Grim Reaper.
Farron’s Undead Squad ruthlessly raised their Wolf Blood Greatswords, harvesting the lives before them. They once destroyed nation after nation to quell the Abyss, and now, for them, this was just another new enemy.
The scene before them left all the MASTERS beside them dumbfounded.
Flying Dragons, Giants, Deities, the scenes they only read about in ancient tales and records had turned into reality in this moment.
And even more so........
"So terrifying......"
As MASTERS, they could of course tell that everyone engaged in battle was a Heroic Spirit. The soldiers under RIDER were all powerful Heroic Spirits with varying stats, and such terrifying adversaries were difficult even for their Servants to withstand.
On the other hand, the stats of those roaring Ancient Gods and Kings of Salary on the opposite side were terrifying beyond measure. Any one of them would have the power to decide the outcome of this Holy Grail War, even if they had summoned their own Heroic Spirits, they’d fear lacking the ability!
Yet, here they were, gathered together under the command of that young girl, launching a ruthless attack towards the advancing Royal Military Might!
"Hahaha, delightful, delightful!!"
Even as his military might was suppressed and defeated, RIDER laughed heartily, having long since ceased to encounter worthy adversaries over many years of conquest. For RIDER, his goal had once been only the ocean beyond the world’s end. But now, he had discovered a new enemy.
Dragons, Deities.
Even in RIDER’s era, these were merely legends, but now, he had the chance to fill this regret and battle against those powerful figures that only existed within legends!
Defeat these deities and ancient dragons, occupy their cities, trample their armies.
This is conquest, this is plunder!
Only such feats are worthy of the name Conqueror King!
If the Conqueror King felt excitement, then the other Servants were secretly lamenting their plight.
SABER was locked in a fierce battle with the embodiment of the King of Salary.
LANCER was entangled in a fierce fight with Hero Guda.
BERSERKER was clashing against Slave Knight Gael.
As for ASSASSIN....... it was directly crushed to death by the Holy Sword of Warlord Vormir, might as well not consider its existence.
Of course, not everyone participated in combat.
ARCHER stood at the rear, coldly observing the battlefield. As the Hero King, he wouldn’t lower himself to fight in this ugly, filthy battlefield. Nonetheless, at this moment, ARCHER’s heart was burning with intense fury. He stared viciously at the Red Ponytail standing on the city gate, while the Red Ponytail likewise squinted her eyes at him.
Though far apart, ARCHER still discerned that contempt and disdain in the other’s gaze, a gaze he knew well for he had always beheld others the same way, but now...... someone looked down on him with such disdain!
That gaze was as though looking at a dirty, ugly insect!
Who gave you the gall to treat the most ancient Hero King with such arrogance?!
Who allowed you to look down on me with such contempt?
ARCHER glared coldly at Red Ponytail. He watched her glance at him, chuckle lightly, then slowly extend her thumb, slowly lower it, sliding it across her neck.
"Snap...!"
At this moment, ARCHER’s composure reached its breaking point.
"You bastard!"
Accompanied by a rage-filled yell, ARCHER suddenly raised his hand, and right after, a dark red, cylindrical Longsword materialized out of nowhere and appeared in ARCHER’s hand.
"I want you to know the cost of scorning a King!!"
"Oh King, please calm your anger, don’t........"
Within ARCHER’s mind came Toki’s terrified plea, yet the fury-driven ARCHER completely blocked him out. He had decided to let this damn bastard know what exactly they had done! What price they should pay!
Thinking this, ARCHER lifted the peculiar cylindrical sword in his hand, accompanied by his movement, the sword began to slowly rotate.
"Repent for your arrogance and disrespect! Bastard!"
Fierce roaring, the next moment, ARCHER grasped the Noble Phantasm in his hand tightly, pointing it forward!
"Enuma Elish (Star of Creation that Splits Heaven and Earth)!"
"—————!"
In the instant, an invisible wind pressure swept across the battlefield. RIDER turned his head to see, shocked to find that sky and earth began to collapse at this moment, seemingly on the verge of devastating fragmentation, spreading all the way forward!
"Haha, it’s finally here."
Seeing this scene, Fang Zheng’s lips curled up slightly, she then raised her crimson Greatsword.
At this moment, the Primordial Fire transformed into a pillar of flame, surging towards the sky, igniting the Dark Ring hanging high above!
Mere EA, daring to boast here?
A mere firefly’s light daring to compete with the brilliance of the bright moon!
"Fiery Explosion Slash!!!"
With Fang Zheng’s swing of the sword, the burning Primordial Fire instantly burst forth, roaring forward like an angry tidal wave overwhelming the world, directly confronting the spatial rift of EA!!
"Hmph, ignorant fool!"
Seeing the opponent daring to confront directly, ARCHER sneered coldly, the Noble Phantasm EA in his hand was a Divine Artifact to split heaven and earth, mere flames intending to block his attack? Such foolish delusion!
"Boom!!"
The flame and spatial storm collided heavily, but to Gilgamesh’s surprise, he didn’t see those flames being dispersed, annihilated, or crushed. On the contrary, they burned all things, directly swallowing the spatial storm unleashed by EA, pressing forward relentlessly!
No, how is this possible?!
Witnessing his attack being gradually overpowered by the flames, Gilgamesh was dumbfounded. He couldn’t imagine why a mere bout of flames could contend with his EA, this was impossible!
This, can never be!
"EA! Maximum output!!"
In this moment, ARCHER completely lost his sanity. Roaring angrily, he unleashed the full power of his Noble Phantasm, and a berserk temporal rift burst forth, lunging forward.
Yet, Fang Zheng merely let out a cold snort.
Gripping the greatsword once again, a flash of golden light suddenly appeared.
The next moment, everyone saw a dazzling and brilliant radiance suddenly appear, enveloping the entire world.
"Bang!!!"
The world shattered.
When everyone opened their eyes again, it was no longer the ruined Lothric Royal City before them; they had returned to the dock. The soldiers and the King of Salary they had just been fighting with were nowhere to be seen. The Red Ponytail stood quietly on a container, watching below. In front of her, on the street below, Gilgamesh was half-kneeling on the ground, staring blankly at his right hand.
"Crack..."
In his hand, the dark red, cylindrical sword began to crack. Cracks appeared, spread, and in the blink of an eye, with a clear breaking sound, the Ea—a star apart from the heavens and earth in Gilgamesh’s hand—shattered completely, scrapped, turning into a pile of fragments scattered on the ground.
And Gilgamesh just stared dumbly at this scene in front of him, completely speechless.
"Phew!"
Without saying much, Fang Zheng leapt down, raising the scarlet greatsword in her hand to strike at Gilgamesh’s head. However, just as Fang Zheng was about to swing the greatsword down, suddenly, a golden radiance erupted from Gilgamesh’s body, and then he disappeared without a trace.
"Command Seal?"
Having slashed into thin air, Fang Zheng wasn’t fazed. She simply looked up at the pitch-black night sky.
"Do you really think you can escape?!"
With a roar, Fang Zheng turned around once more, leaping up and vanishing into the night sky.
"Ah......"
Illya, left at the scene, looked bewildered. She widened her eyes, glancing at SABER and LANCER by her side, as well as RIDER and the other MASTERS, then gave a bitter smile.
"Uh...... shall we call it a day?"
"Oh oh oh oh oh!!"
However, before Illya’s words had finished, BERSERKER suddenly, as if going mad, raised his weapon and slashed at SABER.
In an instant, chaos erupted once again.
Seeing this, Illya gave a bitter smile, then quietly turned around......
Time to sneak away.
"Shhh———!"
Radiance flashed, and Gilgamesh appeared once more in front of Tohsaka Toki.
"Your Majesty, you......"
Staring at the silent Gilgamesh, Tohsaka Toki didn’t know what to say. Initially, he thought that by summoning Gilgamesh, victory was assured. Who would have thought a monster-like MASTER would appear, not only managing to clash head-on with Gilgamesh but also defeating his Noble Phantasm?
"Gilgamesh, prepare to die!"
However, before Tohsaka Toki could say anything more, suddenly, a roar came from outside. A forty-meter-long flaming greatsword descended with a whistling sound, slicing the Tohsaka household and its barrier in half. Tohsaka Toki, unable to dodge in time, let out a scream as he was thrown backward, crashing into a nearby wall and slipping into unconsciousness.
"Thud."
At the same time, a petite figure, holding a blazing greatsword, descended from the sky, landing in front of Gilgamesh.
"You......"
Only at this moment did Gilgamesh seem to react, staring coldly at the Red Ponytail in front of him, his crimson eyes filled with rage.
"Die———!"
Roaring, Gilgamesh reached out, and several golden circles of light appeared from all sides, encircling the Red Ponytail.
Heh, knew you’d use this.
However, seeing this, Fang Zheng laughed instead of getting angry. With a cold chuckle, he extended his left hand. Accompanying Fang Zheng’s movement, a key-shaped magic wand appeared in his hand. Just before Gilgamesh could summon his Noble Phasm to shoot, Fang Zheng inserted the key into the vortex of light, giving it a slight turn.
"Seal Breaker, shut!"
"Click."
At the same time Fang Zheng turned the key, the circles of light surrounding Gilgamesh instantly disappeared.
"Wha—what is happening?!"
Witnessing this scene, Gilgamesh turned pale. He could feel his Royal Wealth being completely shut down!
And———unable to reopen!
"Heh, are you at the end of your rope?"
Watching the stunned Gilgamesh, Fang Zheng chuckled again. He was using one of the Spirit Crystals he had absorbed from the Elf World, the Seal Breaker. Seal Breaker can completely seal a certain entity or concept; under such circumstances, closing Gilgamesh’s Royal Wealth was simply child’s play for Fang Zheng.
"You, you thief......"
"Watch your mouth."
Before Gilgamesh could roar again, Fang Zheng shifted his right hand, and in the next moment, a flash of sword light accompanied a scream as Gilgamesh collapsed to the ground.
"My eyes...! No...!"
Gilgamesh screamed, his eyes already sliced open by Fang Zheng; blood stained his golden hair and face. The intense pain caused Gilgamesh to let out a piercing scream. Then Fang Zheng shifted the greatsword again, stabbing at Gilgamesh’s body.
"Swish!"
The blade veered off from Gilgamesh’s heart, piercing his lung. Gilgamesh, lying on the ground, coughed up a mouthful of blood. He wanted to speak, but the blood rising to his throat only allowed him to make a series of coughing sounds, leaving him unable to utter a word.
"Ugh......cough cough......"
Blood, mixed with snot and saliva, sprayed from Gilgamesh’s nose and mouth, then his whole body slumped to the ground.
Afterward, Fang Zheng extended her hand and pressed downward.
"Puff!"
The next instant, she abruptly raised her right hand, and a scarlet, squirming heart lay quietly in Fang Zheng’s palm.
"What, it’s actually red."
Looking at the heart pulsing rhythmically before her, Fang Zheng curled her lip, then disdainfully extended her foot, stepping on Gilgamesh’s head.
"I thought your heart was black."
Saying this, Fang Zheng gripped her right hand tightly.
"Squish."
The pulsating heart was crushed in Fang Zheng’s hand, and Gilgamesh’s body turned into photon particles, dissipating into the air.
