You choose option 1.
The pitch-black night, the icy wind, you are running wildly through the mountain forest.
You are going to Baiyun County Town to seek refuge with your Third Sister.
Baiyun County is right next to Qinghe County, the two county towns are not too far apart, you know the general direction.
More than ten days later.
You fled all the way, putting distance between yourself and the Black Stone Gang's pursuit.
You survived on wild fruits and game, occasionally passing by villages to steal some grain, almost getting caught by villagers who mistook you for a wild man.
"Just one more mountain to cross, and I'll reach Baiyun County Town..."
At this moment, you are disheveled, covered in mud, barely recognizable as a human being if not for your eyes that still shine with spirit.
Suddenly, a group of figures darts out from the woods, blocking your path.
"This mountain was planted by me! This tree was opened by me..."
A familiar opening line.
You have encountered bandits.
The leader is even a female bandit, broad-shouldered and thick-waisted, with four layers of chin and a face full of coarse, fierce flesh.
Just one look at her tonnage tells you she's a master.
"Heroine, I have no money..."
The female bandit searches you inside and out, and for some reason, you feel like she took advantage of the situation, launching multiple attacks on your rooster.
"Indeed, a poor wretch!"
Your heart settles slightly.
You know bandits are only after wealth; if you have no money, they probably won't cause trouble.
"But you're quite handsome! My ex-husband just died, you came at the perfect time! Hahaha! Take him away!"
You are trussed up by the bandits and carried up the mountain.
Wait a second?
Which bandit gang robs men for their looks?
Tonight's Feihu Stronghold is brightly lit.
Tonight's Feihu Stronghold is filled with joy.
Tonight's Feihu Stronghold is dead drunk.
The sorrows and joys of people are not the same.
You are stripped naked and washed clean.
You put on the red clothes of a bridegroom, a red veil is placed over your head, and you sit in the bridal chamber waiting for the bride to lift your skull cover.
Listening to the bandits' loud discussions outside, you roughly understand.
The female bandit who captured you is called Xu Linglong, her father Xu Hu is the big boss of this Feihu Stronghold.
Hearing that his daughter is getting married for the sixth time, Xu Hu is overjoyed.
The father and daughter are right outside the bridal chamber now, Xu Hu repeatedly instructing his daughter to be careful and gentle this time, she must not crush another one to death.
Your scalp goes numb listening; so that's how Xu Linglong's previous husbands met their end!
Xu Linglong pushes open the bridal chamber door.
"Little husband~ I've kept you waiting~~"
With every step Xu Linglong takes, you feel the room shake, as if a tank is rolling over.
You know you are facing another inescapable calamity.
But you can't just surrender without a fight. With your long-term malnourished, frail body, you'll be crushed to death!
You must fight back!
"Wife, I prefer to be on top."
"Alright~ I'll listen to you~"
A sleepless night, the earth shook and the mountains trembled.
Outside the simulation, Chen Yi frowns deeply, as if wearing a mask of pain.
"You suffered. It was my fault for choosing the wrong path. My apologies."
The next day, leaning against the wall for support, you barely manage to walk out of the room.
Xu Linglong is very satisfied with you, strictly ordering all the bandits in the stronghold not to bully you.
Although nights are torture, daytime life is quite bearable.
You can eat big fish and meat to your heart's content, drink fine wines and brews freely.
You don't need to do any labor, just bask in the sun.
You say you want to practice martial arts. Xu Linglong gives you all the martial arts manuals in the stronghold, lets you pick freely, and teaches you hand in hand.
Unfortunately, you lack the innate bone structure and cannot enter the path of martial arts, only able to learn some fist and foot techniques to strengthen your body.
The second year, age nineteen.
Beginning trait extraction...
Extraction successful!
"Ji Ni Tai Mei" (White): You are skilled at singing, dancing, rap, and basketball.
Adjust trait?
Yes/No
You replace "Well-Developed Deltoids" with "Ji Ni Tai Mei".
"Even though it's still a useless trait, don't bully the young for being poor! As long as I live long enough, I'll eventually draw a useful trait!"
By the second year at the mountain stronghold, your whole person is revitalized.
Although you cannot step onto the martial path, you persist in exercise, and are forced to persist in exercise, so your physique is somewhat trained.
It can't compare to martial artists, but it's much sturdier than ordinary people.
If you weren't sturdy, you would have already followed in the footsteps of the previous husband brothers.
After a year of living together, Xu Linglong is utterly addicted to you, while you are utterly unable to pull out.
You've thought about escaping, but the Feihu Stronghold is run by Xu Hu and his daughter like an iron bucket; you can't find an opportunity.
You also dare not reveal your desire to escape, afraid these bandits who can turn hostile in an instant might cut you down with a blade.
For this reason, you pretend to have integrated into stronghold life, even using your newly mastered trait to perform a combo for Xu Linglong.
"Hello, bandit brothers, I am someone who has been in the stronghold for a year and a half..."
After watching your set of Kun-style boxing, Xu Linglong's fat quivers with joy.
"Husband is too amazing!"
Suddenly, a panicked shout comes from the stronghold's front gate.
"Stronghold Master! Government troops are attacking!"
On the main hall's dais, Xu Hu angrily smashes the bowl of wine in his hand.
"What?! How come we didn't get any news about the troops coming up? Where are the patrols? The lookouts? The traps??"
"It's the Second-in-Command! He colluded with the authorities, led the troops up our cargo transport path!!"
Hearing this, your eyes light up.
The chance to escape has come!
Suddenly, a plump, large hand grabs your wrist.
"Husband! Come with me!"
Xu Linglong possesses immense strength; you simply cannot resist and are dragged away by her.
She takes you to the front of a cave.
"Husband, keep going straight inside. This cave leads to another mountain. Only my father and I know about it. No one will chase you. Run, quickly!"
"I... run?"
You didn't expect Xu Linglong to be serious with you.
She seems to truly believe the persona you've been performing for them in the stronghold.
Seeing you hesitate, she urges you repeatedly.
"Husband! Don't worry about me, escape by yourself! I'll go draw the troops away for you! Go!"
She tosses you into the cave as if throwing a chick.
But...
Big sister! I'm not a bandit, why would I be afraid of government troops??
Xu Linglong, holding two large hammers, charges toward the troops without a second thought.
Looking at her broad, bear-like back, you ponder where to go from here...
Go deep into the cave, leave through the mountain's secret passage. Return to the stronghold, fight side by side with your wife. Collude with the authorities, completely eradicate the bandits.
Please make your choice:
Chen Yi in the simulation, being in the situation, might be influenced by emotions.
But Chen Yi in reality is absolutely rational.
He knows his first simulation is crucial; he must play it safe, survive longer, and draw more traits!
Obtaining the opportunity for the martial path is the sole main objective of this simulation.
"If not now, then when?"
