The small spiritual tree within him, nurtured by both his consciousness and his class Authority, unfurled its leaves, showering his mind with a myriad-colored radiance.
Su Chen trembled as his soul felt as if it were being elevated to an unprecedented height.

Additionally, Weaving II (Attached Damage) → Weaving IV (Empowerment) also jumped two tiers.
For one, it could now perfectly fuse the Attached Damage Effects of up to five different Elements, meaning every one of Su Chen’s attacks could now apply five additional, independently calculated layers of damage.
The number of Runes he could weave together remained at three, but the triple-composite Technique formed by this weaving would now be further Empowered, gaining a new, powerful trait.
‘I’ll have to test the specific effects later,’ he thought.
Next was...
Elementalization III. His Elementalization was no longer limited to a single attribute; he could now achieve a tri-elemental fusion state.
This meant that while he was in his Elementalization state, an opponent would likely be unable to harm him at all unless they possessed a fourth Element or a Spirit Element-based killing blow.
Elemental Furnace III. His Rune Energy Value capacity bonus increased from 100% to 300%, and the Recovery speed bonus increased to 200%.
Furthermore, without needing to establish Resonance, he could now forcibly extract and absorb energy from magical creatures and the natural world.
Elemental Mastery III. His elemental affinity and resistance were further enhanced. The effect amplification for all Elemental Runes increased from 100% to 200%.
‘What a huge leap in power.’
But the most outrageous part was a powerful new domination-type trait.
‘All Things Decree’!
Through his will, he could issue a decree to an elemental environment, making it completely subservient to his command. For example, he could make a forest suddenly surge with wild life, transforming it into an army of treants.
He could also cause a dormant volcano to suddenly erupt.
This ability was somewhat similar to the Wood Element’s Nature’s Wrath Rune, which turned the local environment to the user’s advantage. The Desert Beast Master he had fought before could also command the plants and animals of the forest to serve him.
However, that was only one aspect of its power.
All Things Decree could also be used to dominate a single target, completely disabling one of their Elements for three seconds and preventing them from using any Rune effects of that attribute.
