Would she have become like this if she hadn’t been picked up by Baal and had grown naturally? Li Ang wondered.
After a burst of power discharge, ALulu halted her actions with an inappropriate wild smile on her innocent face, adjusted her breath, and the powerful Power God Bloodline quickly stabilized her pulsating heart.
She turned her head and saw Li Ang.
After a few seconds of hesitation, she immediately dropped her weapon, covered her chest with one hand, and picked up the nearby wooden stake with the other to smash it at him.
The brute force was immense, her steel-like fingers directly pierced through the wood, and the thrown stake whistled through the air.
If an ordinary mage is hit without a shield, they would immediately suffer tendon and bone fractures.
Li Ang frowned; he remembered the first time he met ALulu, she ascended the stage and reminded the Sandstorm Lioness Penny opposite her to be careful of her power, and because she feared others’ eyes, even in the hot Flashing Field, she wrapped herself in cloth strips.
Moreover, she didn’t expose herself often; it was just that she couldn’t buy a suitable chest guard and used bandages to wrap her chest. Her proud talents meant even a slight movement would loosen the bandages, and due to the sweat, she was indeed seen.
This was his girl; Li Ang even drank with her, so looking wouldn’t cause any emotional stir.
He cared that after the reversal, ALulu’s shyness led to directly causing an attack sufficient to kill.
He raised the Arm of the War-damaged Knight and punched, causing the Spiritual Force Field to explode outward upon contact with the stake, an effect more exaggerated than brute force attacks, breaking the stake into pieces, with the largest fragment flying fast back toward ALulu.
The pink-haired girl was astounded by Li Ang, who seemed weak, but exploded with a power no less than her "giant power." She was slow to respond, and her action to shatter the flying wood wasn’t perfect, with several areas of her skin cut by the shards.
After being injured, her bloodthirst was immediately activated.
"You! How dare you! Ah ah ah!"
The Wild Bull donned the oversized mage robe uniform, reverting to a bulky state, lifting both the giant rod and Giant Axe with her hands, charging toward Li Ang.
"Why wouldn’t I dare? Going straight to lethal force, have you realized?"
"That won’t kill Mistrem students; at most, they’ll be bedridden with fractures for a month. Then it’s your own lack of strength to blame."
"Do you think you’re really strong?"
"Then let’s try it!"
ALulu roared, lowering her head and driving the giant horns straight into Li Ang’s chest. If hit, an ordinary person would be pierced through.
"Then defeat you with your most proud attribute."
"Roar—!"
ALulu’s growl stopped abruptly; she found her sprint suddenly halted, the impact of her power penetrating the ground, causing the surrounding dirt and rocks to burst into rings.
She was stunned, trying to lift her head but unable to do so despite using all her shoulder and neck strength, resorting to barely rolling her eyes upward.
A seemingly slender and graceful arm, possibly wrapped in red bandages, grasped her horn, holding her down.
"What’s this? A third hand? Mage’s Hand?"
She mistook the Bloody Hand for some kind of Mage’s Hand; Li Ang remained silent, only pressing her down from her horns.
"Guh-roar! What kind of Arcane?! With such mighty power!"
ALulu gritted her teeth, veins bulging, but none could match her opponent’s strength, gradually forcing her onto her knees.
"Now, how does it feel?" Li Ang asked coldly.
"It’s not over! It’s not over!"
The soft voice roared, her legs and arms resembling wild bull hooves, undeterred by ordinary soil and rocks, she no longer cared for any propriety, using hands and feet together, shaking and cracking the ground, trees’ leaves rustled loudly.
But regardless of her efforts, Li Ang firmly pressed her down.
"Stop, you’ve already lost."
"No! You can’t hold on anymore! I’ll tell you! My endurance is infinite!"
Several minutes passed like this, the soil heaped up high behind the girl as if plowing a field, and her roaring fury was endless, steaming violently, matched with Power God Bloodline, it seemed she could keep fighting.
But Li Ang didn’t intend to continue.
He roughly understood that if the original ALulu represented restraint, then the reversed her was unrestrained; as long as matched by an evenly skilled opponent continuously provoking her, she’d be consumed by incessant rage.
Even with a powerful bloodline, her mind remained that of a young girl; burned by rage, she’d lose herself utterly, combined with nearly unstoppable brute strength, destroying others, then herself, was all too easy.
The Bloody Hand lifted, holding ALulu’s horns, tossing her so she flew, suspended mid-air.
Without leverage, ALulu’s limbs flailed briefly before stopping, thanks to her strong abdominal muscles, remaining still, inverted.
The pink-haired girl glared at Li Ang, but the wide mage robe suddenly fell, covering her head, and the wind swept across her skin, she immediately realized her exposure worsened, reducing her prior furious rage as she frantically tugged at her clothes to cover herself.
However, she had set the exertion threshold extremely high in anger, so one movement tore apart the wide robe meant to shield her, leaving her entirely exposed.
"Don’t look! Don’t look!"
ALulu finally lost aggressiveness, her voice softening, tears welling, covering herself in a mix of embarrassment.
Blushing spread across her skin, but Li Ang felt no hint of charm.
For observing from the Spiritual Horizon and her direct emotional sense, her embarrassment was far outweighed by another emotion about to erupt like a volcano.
Considering her original self, Li Ang understood that the Reversed World’s script probably leveraged her physique, leading to immense hatred for those who criticized her figure and perspiring constitution after losing her original kindness and self-control.
Uncontrolled, frantic, the external rejection, combined, pushed her into a vicious cycle, eventually leading to isolation.
That inevitably led to destruction, and any catalyst could achieve it without creating a precise environment.
"You’ve seen it all; you saw it... Speak, say those words, say I look weird, say I disgust others. You’ve won; anything you say is right!"
Her relied brute force had lost its advantage; she was completely defeated, being held like this, subjected to any humiliation, negating nothing, didn’t it mean anything he said about her was true?
When raging emotion can’t convert into physical brute force output, it can only transform into another form.
"Wah, waaaaah!"
The wild girl’s strength disappeared instantly, crying upside down, her face instantly a mess.
Her cry sounded bright, like a baby’s wail. In truth, Li Ang also felt that if the reversed her was a product of lacking guidance, she never truly grew up from infancy.
Lulu... Li Ang felt a pang in his heart, gently shaking his head, softly saying, "I don’t think you look weird."
The Bloody Hand rotated, and ALulu was smoothly reversed and placed on the ground.
The girl sat in the dirt, crying loudly, strength gone, but after Li Ang spoke, her voice seemed to quiet somewhat.
Li Ang felt both helpless and compassionate; helpless because heart knots already resolved had to be revisited, and he felt like despite their past triumphs, they had to relive this, like those nightmares that can’t be completely abandoned and sometimes haunt in the dark hours.
"You’re a beautiful girl, those who mock you simply cannot confront your advantages or face their souls, so they choose to attack you to gain personal peace.
"But improperly using brute force isn’t right, so I must correct it." Li Ang’s words grew sterner.
ALulu sat on the ground, appearing dazed, yet Li Ang understood this was common in children; a protective mechanism known as playing dead out of momentary confusion.
"Put it on."
Li Ang opened a Dimensional Rift, tossing her a chest guard and skirt armor, things he had made during practice, crafted considering the Star Flower Travel Corps members’ conditions, preparing various equipment spares.
ALulu originally intended to continue playing dead, but upon seeing the perfectly fitting attire, her pupils trembled intensely.
