2628 The Army of Hundred Questions Beasts Expanded to the Limit! Genius had not evolved from the Highest Access Fate-Knowing Beast despite reaching Myth Breed!
Lin Yuan was not surprised by this at all. Genius’ bloodline had only evolved from the Beast that Connects Everything to the Highest Access Fate-Knowing Beast due to a coincidental opportunity that occurred during its evolution to Diamond grade.
The Highest Access Fate-Knowing Beast’s life rank was extremely high and was linked to the roots of the world. It had the same life rank as the Sky-Plundering Beast!
Morbius had already very seriously confirmed this with Lin Yuan. When compared to Chimey that had grown up with Genius, Chimey could produce the sun from its body but Genius’ bloodline was still more elite!
This was why Lin Yuan wanted to give one of the totem seeds to the Hundred Questions Beast species.
It was very unlikely that Genius’ bloodline would evolve again before it reached Eternal or set its spirit fire alight!
Genius was currently swaddled by light. It had become a Suzerain/Myth fey and gained a new ability called True Knowledge Analysis.
Genius could analyze the structure and capabilities of an entity when it wrapped the entity in its spiritual energy.
This would not only allow Genius to use its spiritual energy to understand its target but also to communicate with the target’s roots.
In this aspect, there was some overlap between Genius and True Data’s ability. It could be considered a weaker version of True Data.
However, Lin Yuan was not at all disappointed by this overlap. Rather, he was very excited about it!
There were some special spiritual ingredients that Genius was unable to fully understand, given its current knowledge. Lin Yuan would need to examine the spiritual ingredients’ properties before Genius began using them. Due to this, Genius was unable to function fully independently from Lin Yuan.
But True Knowledge Analysis would allow Genius to stand on its own from now on!
Furthermore, True Knowledge Analysis could also discern between combined entities and analyze their capabilities individually.
Every Class 5 Creation Master had their own unique concoctions, and they would never divulge the recipes of those concoctions to others.
Before each recipe was considered complete, the Class 5 Creation Master would have to study it carefully and conduct many trials!
But if Genius got its hands on those potions, it could use True Knowledge Analysis to uncover the types and proportion of spiritual ingredients required to make these spirit fluids as well as what functions they had. In Genius’ hands, these potions were no longer secrets!
Furthermore, after analyzing their composition, Genius could use heavenly will to confirm if its analysis was accurate! This meant that Genius’ analyses would never be wrong.
True Knowledge Analysis was even more impressive than a Class 6 Creation Master!
The Moon Empress was a Class 6 Creation Master, and the one who had proposed the definition of a Class 6 Creation Master.
Lin Yuan could be certain she studied every potion that passed her eyes. However, it was difficult for her to come up with the exact recipe for every potion unless she had a large amount of the potion available that would allow her to conduct repeated experiments!
However, Sky Fate Attachment, which Genius attained after reaching Myth Breed, was even more astonishing than the Suzerain ability, True Knowledge Analysis.
Sky Fate Attachment would allow Genius to deepen its affiliation with heavenly will and use it to boost itself—its chances of success when concocting spirit fluids of performing any other actions would be raised!
The ‘other actions’ referred to those that only Class 5 Creation Masters could perform, such as creating precious instruments.
Lin Yuan could tell from Genius’ abilities and exclusive skills that it had found its own unique Class 5 Creation Master path.
Given Lin Yuan’s understanding of potions, the higher the grade, the more precious ingredients they required and the stronger their effects would be.
The world that Lin Yuan knew as the main world was only a Class 1 world, so the spiritual ingredients available there had limited effects.
Once he went to the Sky Beyond the Clouds and came into contact with Class 2, Class 3, or even more powerful worlds, the spiritual ingredients available there would have even more incredible medicinal properties!
The higher the grade of potions, the lower the chances of a successful concoction.
Lin Yuan was not going down the traditional Creation Master route, but Genius was.
From now on, Genius could concoct spirit fluids with special effects as long as it had access to spiritual ingredients!
Even if Sky Fate Attachment only raised the chances of success by a hair, it would still save a sea of resources for Lin Yuan, both in concocting spirit fluids and creating precious instruments!
The concoction of spirit fluids was one matter, but the creation of precious instruments required spiritual ingredients that came from the bodies of sacred source lifeforms. If these spiritual ingredients were damaged during the forging process, it would be extremely difficult to replace them.
Lin Yuan let out a soft breath. Genius’ evolution had not put it in any danger, and the abilities and exclusive skills it had gained far exceeded Lin Yuan’s expectations. Lin Yuan was floored by every one of Genius’ evolutions!
The light that enveloped Genius slowly faded and revealed Genius’ body.
Genius’ body had not changed in size, but its fur was even fluffier than before. It also had nine tails now instead of eight.
Lin Yuan thought, Amongst all the feys, the fox-species determines the ranking of their bloodlines based on their tails. It almost seems as though Genius is evolving according to the fox-species bloodline!
But it was clear that the Hundred Questions Beast species that Genius represented was going down a completely different direction of evolution from fox-species feys as there were very few Hundred Questions Beasts besides Genius who sported so many tails!
This feature of having tails was the most obvious when it came to Genius’ evolutions.
The other Hundred Questions Beasts did not have abilities like Master of Cats either.
Perhaps, unlike the other Hundred Questions Beasts, Genius was a true miracle that Lin Yuan had managed to create!
Lin Yuan was very curious to find out how many tails Genius would end up with once it had reached its final stage of evolution!
By now, Genius had opened its eyes. The first thing it did was fix its eyes on Lin Yuan.
Genius moved over to Lin Yuan’s side and said in a child-like voice, “Yuan, I am now a Class 5 Creation Master. Once I enter the Spirit Lock spatial zone and begin teaching the other members of the Hundred Questions Beast army, most of them will be able to become Class 4 Creation Masters!
“I also discovered something. There are no defined gates to pass once one has become a Class 5 Creation Master. You can only continue studying and exploring the roots of all creatures! So, there is no need to define classes past Class 5 Creation Master. Based on my understanding of Chef Supreme and the Bamboo Monarch, I am slightly stronger than them now!
“Once I become more familiar with concocting a few spirit fluids, I should be able to reach the level of a Class 6 Creation Master!”
Lin Yuan stroked Genius’ chin, and Genius purred happily. From what Genius said, Lin Yuan now understood why the Moon Empress had once told him so seriously that the Creation Master path eventually came to an abrupt end, and it was very difficult to continue moving forward past that point.
But after learning about the existence of the Sky Beyond the Clouds from him, the Moon Empress then said that there was no end to a Creation Master’s path of growth.
When Creation Masters reached Class 5, their abilities would be improved based on their experience and familiarization with handling spiritual ingredients.
All those who were able to become Class 5 Creation Masters would possess potent spiritual energy and soul power! They would not differ much in terms of the level of control they had over spiritual energy.
“Genius, I will have to trouble you to stay in the Spirit Lock spatial zone for now to teach the army of Hundred Questions Beasts. Both your grade and quality have increased. Now that you are a Suzerain/Myth fey, it’s time to expand the army of Hundred Questions Beasts and group of cats!
“What do you think about this? I have purposefully nurtured more than 3,000 excellent Bronze/Legend cat-species feys. You can take your pick from among them!”
Genius meowed upon hearing that and said solemnly, “I intend on adding another 500 spots to the army of Hundred Questions Beasts. It will require all the effort I can muster to teach 1,000 Hundred Questions Beasts. Any more, and I won’t have the time to teach every single one of them!
“However, the Hundred Questions Beasts that have become Class 4 Creation Masters will be able to teach 100 Hundred Questions Beast students each on top of their daily concoction of spirit fluids. According to these numbers, there will be 1,000 core members of the Hundred Questions Beast army, as well as 100,000 peripheral members. They might struggle to teach the other Hundred Questions Beasts at first, but they will get used to it quickly!
“When we return and I inform Hu Quan about the properties of various spiritual ingredients, I will tell him about my ideas so he can come up with a design. As long as the structure is tall enough, the army of 100,000 peripheral Hundred Questions Beasts won’t take up too much space in the Spirit Lock spatial zone!
“Frankly, I think that giving every Hundred Questions Beast 80 to 100 square feet of space to work is too much space. Why don’t we—”
Before Genius could finish speaking, Lin Yuan interrupted it. “Genius, firstly, the Spirit Lock spatial zone will only continue to grow larger. With its current size, it can already fit ten million of the Hundred Questions Beasts! You don’t have to worry about space.
“Additionally, you can’t go back on matters you have already made promises on, especially as the leader of the army of Hundred Questions Beasts. Due to the contraction, the other Hundred Questions Beasts will remain loyal to you, but going back on your promises will definitely result in unrest.
“Why don’t we increase the size of the rooms for the main members to 120 square feet while the peripheral members will get 80 to 100 square feet? Hu Quan has been studying mechanics recently. He can build an elevator that will enable the building where the army of Hundred Questions Beasts will work to be thousands of meters tall.
“One building will be able to house more than 30,000 Hundred Questions Beasts, so three buildings will perfectly make up a base for the army of Hundred Questions Beasts. Once the construction of the base is complete, only you and the other Hundred Questions Beasts will be allowed to enter and exit. No one else will be allowed to enter under normal circumstances! I will assign ten Spirit Craftsmen to fix up and decorate the interior.”
Genius possessed an enormous amount of information but was not skilled at interpersonal experiences.
Genius could manage a group of 500 members, but when the group grew to 10,000 members or more, Genius couldn’t use its original method to manage the army of Hundred Questions Beasts.
Luckily, thanks to the Master of Cats ability, Genius had complete control over the army of Hundred Questions Beasts. Without this ability, neither Lin Yuan nor Genius would have expanded the army to such a large size.
As the army grew, more of them gained the abilities of Class 5 Creation Masters. This caused Lin Yuan’s production of Creation Master resources to become massive.
In the future, Lin Yuan’s Creation Master resources would go beyond spirit qi crystals and elemental pearls. He would also produce various types of potions!
“Genius, I will ask Listen to ship 500 Hundred Questions Beasts over. Once you have spoken to the army of Hundred Questions Beast and registered all those who have become Class 4 Creation Masters, I will personally lead them in picking out students.”
Lin Yuan’s approach would be rather tedious, but Lin Yuan did not think that this was a bad thing.
The Hundred Questions Beasts would essentially be picking disciples. Lin Yuan was willing to give them the chance to select their own disciples! This would incentivize them to do their best in teaching these disciples!
Genius would be fully responsible for everything in the Spirit Lock spatial zone.
Once the Wailing Snake and Sentient Being Protective Dragon secured themselves in the Pure Land of Bliss, the Spirit Lock spatial zone would not only be a paradise but also a place of blessing!
... The Dictators and Apostles Lin Yuan sent to Wen Yu had arrived. With these Apostles and Dictators, Wen Yu was confident she could gather all of the Continent Vein Cores on the other side of the Barren Sea within a month!
From her exploration, Wen Yu discovered there were federations on the other side of the Barren Sea as well, but there were no powerful cultures.
The figures in the federations that could be considered Creation Masters all held shockingly high positions and were treated almost no differently from gods! But in actuality, very few of them were truly capable.
While Wen Yu was interacting with these federations, she found out they held themselves in extremely high regard and were very arrogant toward her.
Thus, Wen Yu had no inclination to continue interacting with them. She immediately moved on to exploring further locations after instructing Dazzling Silver and a few Turning Wheel Realm Dictators to grab the Continent Vein Cores.
Chu Ci was with Wen Yu. After a few short weeks of training, Chu Ci already felt as though she had experienced true growth!
This allowed Chu Ci to get a clear look at what the world she lived in was like. She no longer saw honing her combat skills as training. The experience she gained from such experiences seemed inconsequential now!
Chu Ci finally understood how Lin Yuan managed to grow so rapidly. He had blown right past his peers and was an unrivaled genius!
It was because Lin Yuan never lived in a comfortable bubble. He was constantly walking along the edge of a knife.
