2724 Lotus Territory Fairy Shadow! Lin Yuan was a spirit qi professional, but he vastly differed from the traditional spirit qi professional.
Regular spirit qi professionals could only contract three to five feys at the very most. They also had the time to watch all their feys grow. They interacted with their feys on almost a daily basis.
Although Lin Yuan was a spirit qi professional, he had contracted at least ten feys.
Furthermore, he had his own tasks to occupy his time, and it was inevitable that he would neglect his feys at times.
Nonetheless, Lin Yuan was always there with his feys when they were evolving.
Silver Corona was very shy and an overthinker. Lin Yuan was certain that Silver Corona wanted him to be there during its transformation.
This evolution to Myth Breed would be the most important step in Silver Corona’s life! Once it evolved into an eight-winged fairy, Silver Corona’s future would be limitless!
The water current clustered around Lin Yuan as though he was a magnificent thearch. Lin Yuan could sense the control he wielded over the sea.
Because of the demon insects nurtured by Keira to be suitable for clearing out death aura and dead spirit corpses from the sea, the sea was much cleaner than before. The lifeforms from the sea clans could return to swimming freely like they used to.
As Lin Yuan looked around at the lifeforms from the sea clans, he realized that almost all of them were contributing faith power to him. This meant that the sea clans had developed faith in him after he rescued them.
Many of these lifeforms had low intelligence and were unable to volunteer the contribution of their faith power.
This indicated that the Vast Sea Labyrinth had fulfilled their promise to him.
The fountain of faith in Lin Yuan’s divine kingdom was full and showed signs of transformation.
Lin Yuan could also sense that his divine kingdom was on the cusp of a change.
The mist surrounding the divine kingdom had become thinner, and the silhouettes of new sights could be seen past the mist.
It did not take long for Lin Yuan to reach Silver Corona. The seemingly endless sea of bone lotus flowers dancing in the water had a cold beauty about it.
The sea of bone lotus flowers did not have any life of their own. But once they sensed Lin Yuan’s arrival, they all began stretching out towards him.
Silver Corona appeared next to Lin Yuan and flapped its three pairs of wings.
Unlike their usual interactions, Lin Yuan did not touch Silver Corona or hold it in his hand.
He could sense the exquisite power in Silver Corona’s body. If this power strengthened any further, Silver Corona’s body would crumple under the burden.
At that moment, Silver Corona was in extreme agony. Silver Corona silently fixed its resolute eyes on Lin Yuan. At the same time, it smiled with elation over his arrival.
Silver Corona activated the energy in its body, and the energy that it unleashed stimulated its surroundings.
A terrifying black vortex appeared on the surface of the sea. There were silver flashes in the black vortex, and it was very different from the World Cleansings of other Fantasy Breed feys.
Silver Corona was a water-type carcinoma fey and only became a fairy after the Fairy’s Heart transformed it. It could be said that Silver Corona was a lifeform that never should have appeared in this world.
When a lifeform like this evolved, the willpower of nature would do its best to eliminate such a lifeform.
The World Cleansings from a Class 2 world were stronger than that of a Class 1 world.
However, despite the increased strength, World Cleansings were no big deal to Lin Yuan.
He released the Abyss Great Emperor, which stood on the surface of the sea and was ready to block the World Cleansing’s attacks on Silver Corona’s behalf.
Without interference from the World Cleansing, Silver Corona could concentrate on using its weak fairy body to complete its bloodline transformation.
... After around five to six hours passed, Lin Yuan noticed that all the energy in Silver Corona’s body had been tempered.
The sea clans had been constantly tossing the corpses of the dead dimensional lifeforms into the sea of bone lotus flowers. Yet, it was insufficient for Silver Corona.
Lin Yuan took out spirit qi crystals and water-type heavenly-maiden-grade elemental pearls.
He had no lack of elemental pearls as they were produced in an endless stream.
However, he was almost running out of spirit qi crystals. Lin Yuan did not have the time now to help the spirit qi professionals to evolve their feys’ grades and qualities. But once he had settled Tower Canon, he would be able to obtain spirit qi crystals in one gargantuan net.
After Silver Corona received the pure spirit qi and water-elemental energy from Lin Yuan, the aura in its body began showing more signs of transformation.
Lin Yuan did not mind expending more resources for the sake of Silver Corona’s evolution!
... After almost 12 hours passed, Lin Yuan sensed that Silver Corona’s aura had changed.
Presently, Silver Corona’s aura was on the same level as that of Red Thorn.
But if they were compared in detail, Silver Corona was still slightly weaker than Red Thorn.
Silver Corona’s bloodline had transformed. Based on the communication he received from Silver Corona, the World Cleansing was complete.
The Abyss Great Emperor had perfectly defended against the World Cleansing, and the World Grace would soon land on Silver Corona’s body.
The instant the World Grace landed on Silver Corona’s body, Lin Yuan used True Data to check on Silver Corona.
[Fey Name]: Sea Burial Lotus Flower (Silver Corona) [Fey Species]: Water Willow/Water Bone Lotus
[Fey Grade]: Suzerain (1/10) [Fey Type]: Source/Fairy [Fey Quality]: Myth I
Abilities: [Spotted Coral]: When trained according to the spots on the coral jade, different effects are generated.
1. Nurture Spot Style: Nurture the spots that were absorbed from the spotted coral jade in the Bone Lotus Flowers. The Bone Lotus Flowers will use a living being’s life and soul to nurture the spots and give them vitality. The spots with vitality can use the living being’s original strength to increase the strength and stamina of the Bone Lotus Flowers.
2. Burial Spot Style: Place the spots in between the Bone Lotus Flowers. The spots will eat the Bone Lotus Flowers and become bone insects. The bone insects will retain the spot’s abilities and can deal with attacks on the Bone Lotus Flowers according to the abilities. The external lifeforce will be absorbed, and when the external lifeforce is still weak, their soul can also be absorbed.
[Bone Powder Mist]: The Bone Lotus Flowers will vomit out the living being’s bones that could not be digested. The bone powder will fly up into the sky and stay in the coral spots once it reaches a set thickness of layer.
[Blood Bone Insect Drunk]: While the bone insects are eating, they will enter a drunken state. When they’re in a drunken state, they will not feel any pain. The circulation of their root power will also slow down.
[Blooming Lotus]: The Bone Lotus Flowers’ structure will change and split into main lotuses and branch lotuses. The branch lotuses will strengthen combat power, while the main lotuses will lose all combat power. Every time the main lotuses bloom, the spots will use the vitality they absorbed to produce a skeletal insect. The skeletal insect can consume them to repair the damage done to the body.
[Arrival of Grant of Death]: When the hermit’s dead servants cannot stand up against the enemies, they will change into the grants of deaths that place death penalties on the targets’ souls.
[Soul Parasite Rebirth]: The soul will be hosted in the main lotus. The main lotus will make a copy of the aura of the lifeform’s soul and vitality. When the target’s body and soul are damaged, the main lotus can be sacrificed while absorbing vitality and soul power to enable the target to be reborn. Once reborn, the target will be in a very weak state, and its soul and roots will also be diminished.
[Lotus Territory Fairy Shadow]: The fairy bloodline in its body will be used to nurture lotus fairies in the sea of Bone Lotus Flowers. When the lotus fairies attack targets, there is a chance that the target will die instantly. The lifeforms killed by the lotus fairies will be turned into lotus puppets, and they will retain a portion of the targets’ abilities from when they were alive.
Exclusive Skill:
[Hermit’s Dead Servant]: The Bone Lotus Flower will absorb the target’s body when attacking it. 1% of the target’s power will be injected into the target’s soul to cause the target to be pregnant with its dead soul. The dead soul will consume itself, and when the Bone Lotus Flowers gain 36 hermit dead servants, every hermit dead servant will be able to create a layer of mist over the Bone Lotus Flowers.
[Rotted Bones into Fireflies]: Both vitality and death aura will be absorbed simultaneously. The vitality will turn into fireflies that will mend the sea of Bone Lotus Flowers. The death aura will increase the strength of every Bone Lotus Flower. If there is a pile of rotting bones below the Bone Lotus Flowers to supply nutrients to them, as long as the main lotus is alive, rotting lotuses will be produced from the rotting bones, and energy will be saved!
[Lotus Territory Symbiosis]: All of the lifeforms in the territory will be classified as one entity, and their lives will be linked together. When individual targets are attacked, the lotus territory will take on some of the damage. Before the lotus territory is destroyed, the individual targets will continue to live.
Silver Corona had indeed become a Suzerain I/Myth I eight-winged fairy and became part of the new history of the fairy bloodline.
However, because Red Thorn had evolved before Silver Corona, the creator of this new history was Red Thorn and not Silver Corona.
Lin Yuan had already carefully analyzed the Diamond Silver Corona’s abilities. It could be described as well-rounded.
Soul Parasite Rebirth was a functional-type ability with revival effects.
The Suzerain ability, Lotus Territory Fairy Shadow, allowed Silver Corona to use its bloodline to produce lotus fairies that could cause instantaneous death, and it could be linked with Hermit’s Dead Servant.
The probability of instant death was very low, but it was the most powerful of the special effects and rarely manifested in feys.
Silver Corona could produce more than one lotus fairy with its fairy bloodline. All it needed was time to recharge its bloodline, and it would be able to produce a large number of lotus fairies.
Silver Corona could order the sea of flowers to transform the lifeforms killed by lotus fairies into lotus puppets. The lotus puppets would be able to retain some of the abilities from when they were alive.
This would also enable Lin Yuan to pick out targets with special abilities from the invaders of the sea of flowers and turn them into lotus puppets as a means of obtaining their abilities!
This would allow him to manually expand Silver Corona’s sea of flowers’ abilities, thereby removing all limits to Silver Corona’s breakthroughs!
The Myth Breed exclusive skill, Lotus Territory Symbiosis, was a defensive ability. Objectively, there were pros and cons.
Lotus Territory Symbiosis would link all the lifeforms in a territory and allow them to share damage.
But when a few individual targets were suffering damage, all the lifeforms would be affected as long as the strength of the damage was enough to destroy the lotus territory!
However, as Silver Corona’s power and grade continued to improve, the strength of the sea of bone lotus flowers would also increase, and there would be more and more lotus puppets. It would be a challenge for a target to destroy the entire sea of flowers by targeting individual entities, then!
If there was a lifeform that possessed such an ability, this expert would easily be able to destroy the entire sea of flowers even if Lotus Territory Symbiosis and its negative effects did not exist!
When objective factors were excluded, Silver Corona’s Lotus Territory Symbiosis was a benefit.
Silver Corona opened its eyes while Lin Yuan was browsing through its data.
Previously, Silver Corona had seven-colored eyes. But now, its eyes were as white as the sea of flowers. However, its pupils were still seven-colored. This not only allowed Silver Corona to retain its charm but also made them more hypnotic than before.
The horns on Silver Corona’s head that were in the shape of a crown had morphed into the shape of a lotus. A part of it also curved downward and formed seven-colored bone lotuses on Silver Corona’s back.
White lotus petals enveloped Silver Corona’s body and eventually formed a white lotus dress that draped over its body.
After evolving, Silver Corona’s attire became exceptionally beautiful. Its back had four pairs of translucent wings adorned with seven-colored patterns. These patterns gave the illusion of four pairs of seven-colored eyes when viewed from behind.
Silver Corona excitedly examined its body and sensed its transformed bloodline.
Now that it was an eight-winged fairy, it did not have to back off when Red Thorn was around Lin Yuan!
Silver Corona used to get along well with Red Thorn. It only stopped contacting Red Thorn after the latter evolved into an eight-winged fairy. After all, the dominance of the fairy bloodline intrinsically dictated that only fairies of the same bloodline level could become friends.
From now on, Silver Corona could continue being friends with Red Thorn!
Lin Yuan left Silver Corona at the bottom of the sea so it could continue absorbing death aura and consuming the corpses of dead dimensional lifeforms.
Lin Yuan returned to the Startling Lines Continent to await Tower Canon.
At that moment, Keira’s voice appeared in Lin Yuan’s head, “Master, it will be easy for you to use death aura to nurture this fairy. All you need to do is situate this fairy’s sea of flowers on the ley lines, and a few special demon insects will push out death aura from the ley lines. All the death aura can go toward nurturing this fairy!”
