Chaos Heavenly Emperor Technique

Main plot: The protagonist, Ling Feng, is a descendant of a fallen aristocratic family of physicians. He possesses outstanding talent in medicine and martial arts. For a year he selflessly treated the city lord's daughter, Su Lin, for a deadly illness. During the treatment he even went blind, taking on the backlash of dark energy. The city lord and Su Lin herself promised that in gratitude she would become his wife. However, as soon as Ling Feng had fully healed her, he was cruelly betrayed. Su Lin and her cousin framed the hero, accusing him of attempted assault, in order to get rid of the "blind cripple" and avoid keeping the promise. Ling Feng was brutally beaten and left to die.
